The villa is arranged over 2 floors. Enter the property and be greeted by the stunning view over the golf green. On this level there are 3 bedrooms and a separate shower room. The master bedroom is on this level and is furnished with a super king size bed made up of twin singles. This room offers a walk in dressing room and en suite bathroom. This room also has a terrace with sofa, sunbed and armchair. The terrace wraps around to offer stunning views to the ocean over the golf valley. The 2nd bedroom is also furnished with a super king size bed made up of twin singles. This bedroom also enjoys stunning views. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 singles. Both the guest bedrooms share a large shower room with walk in shower.



Take the stairs to the lower floor and the lounge, kitchen and 4th bedroom. This floor offers an open plan kitchen and lounge. There are 2 lounge areas, one to take in the view of the pool and garden and one with the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility room with the washing machine and dryer. There is also a breakfast bar area with bar stools. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table and chairs.



The 4th bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and enjoys an en suite shower room and access to the pool terrace and garden.
