The communal pool for this property will give you all day sunshine and has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space, if it does become busy there is another communal pool allocated to this property. The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay, the property is equipped with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge to keep you cool in the warmer months, you can also use the air conditioning units to warm you up when the weather is not quite so good. You will find and a fridge/freezer, English TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron & ironing board, hairdryer and beach towels to ensure you have everything to enjoy your holiday.

The property is only a 3 minute walk to Villamartin Plaza giving you approximately 30 restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket, pharmacist and dentist should you need it. On the doorstep you will also find 2 local bars and an Italian restaurant if the Plaza is too far for you to walk, this area is a sun trap during the winter months during the afternoon. Next door to the Plaza you will find Villamartin Golf Club with another 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

Zenia Boulevard is a short drive away where you will find an array of retail shops as well a floor dedicated to restaurants which are open late into the night. You will find smaller tapas and coffee bars scattered within the retail shops should you need a rest. There is plenty of free parking and a children’s play area should you need it.

There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Campo de Golf Villamartin. You also have Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor and La Finca which are all within a short driving distances. Golf trips can be arranged including transfers to and from the airport and to the golf courses as well as arrangements for your golf tee times.

La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you. At Mil Palmeras they have inflatable’s in the sea as well as banana boats and jet skis.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.
