Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay
Location good.
Property was ok, shame Fidalsa falsely advertised the villa on their website.
2 Bedrooms downstairs were perfect.
I would be very grateful if Fidalsa responded to my messages from April via WhatsApp, including how I will be compensated for the awful service along with stress caused to us.
The villa would be âvalue for moneyâ & we would have payed the costs worth ÂŁ1,000 what we originally paid if it was advertised

Very disappointed with our stay and service from Fidalsa. Originally advertised as 4 bedroom accommodation and itâs definitely not. Upon arrival we queried this as its complete false advertising. Fidalsa replied saying it was 4 bedroom and have since amended the website. The accommodation would be great for a group of 6 people but not suitable for 8 adults. Extremely disappointed as Fidalsa have not taken ownership of this mistake and still not replied to my messages. Considering we paid the money for a 4 bedroom villa and this is not what we got then we believe we should be reimbursed by Fidalsa and not the owner.
Some facilities could be better - only 1 tea towel & no chopping board. Shower screen on bath leaks so had to use towel to prevent flooding on bathroom floor. Room off 3rd bedroom which had a small futon (definitely isnât a 4th bedroom with double bed like advertised) doesnât have blinds on all windows so very bright in morning and struggle to . If main shutter down on 3rd bedroom anyone sleeping in room has no access to toilet/kitchen during night.
WiFi in villa but no one could connect as very poor reception.
End to end experience was very upsetting considering this was a family holiday for my sonâs 18th birthday.
First time using Fidalsa Holidays and unless Iâm compensated in anyway then Iâd never use them again
