C'an Alejandro, lovely villa in peaceful surroundings - short drive to Pollenca

The Space:
C’an Alejandro is a fantastic modern 3 bedroom house that has been built to a high specification in a peaceful exclusive residential area. With a private pool, and lots of lawn space, it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Being only a 10 minute drive from the gorgeous Pollenca Old Town, with its narrow winding streets and abundance of fantastic restaurants and shops. This is an ideal location for peace and quiet in the daytime and a short drive or taxi in the evening to the Old Town square, or 15 minutes into the more lively and vibrant Puerto Pollenca, with its award winning beaches and restaurants. With high ceilings, and an open plan living/dining room you have a lovely cool escape in the hot months. We have air conditioning that also doubles as heating for the cooler months. The house has a great mix of modern design mixed with traditional Mallorca, newly built sloping ceiling beams and specially hand picked furnishings. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with flatscreen Tv’s with Satellite Tv. The master bedroom has a double bed and a full bathroom and the other two are twin bedrooms with shower room en suites. They all have modern decor, and there is also a main house toilet. Linen/bath towels/hand towels and cleaning etc is all included in our prices. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, iron/board. Outside the villa is a fully enclosed gated garden which goes all around the house, with looked after mediterranean shrubs and a large lawned area great for ball games. The owner looks after the gardens well. There is a shaded terrace with a built-in barbecue, perfect for eating outside and also providing shade. There is a table-tennis table too out here. The private pool is large, (9m x 5m) with roman steps for easy walk-in entry and good for kids to sit on. Please note the hottub in the photo is not available at the moment. Pollença golf club (and restaurant) is also close by and several wonderful sandy beaches are very easily reached, in particular Cala Sant Vicençe and the impressive broad sweep of Pollença Bay which are each around a 15 minute drive. Alcudia also is worth the visit too.

For a fun day trip and a chance to see another side of island life there is the train that regularly winds its gentle way from Sa Pobla (4km) to Mallorca’s vibrant capital city, Palma. Well worth a trip. Important Information: Due to local laws, ecotax is not included in the price. 2.20.-euros per guest over the age of 16, per day, we will collect this locally. Cleaning fee £250 payable locally.
