This outstanding 5-bedroom property is located in Hodgehill, an area that will provide you with direct access to the M6, placed just 15-minutes away from Birmingham Airport by car. The property will be a 20-minute drive from Birmingham New Street, for those who want to visit the city centre and explore the city, or simply require travelling to the more central areas.

The five bedrooms provide ample space for groups and those who are looking to stay for longer periods of time. The house can comfortably accommodate 11 guests and is fully equipped with hotel bed linen, toiletries, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 50” Smart TV, together with a spacious sofa in the living room.

The large windows and bright spaces are perfect for individuals that prefer houses to apartments and like having just slightly more extra room to unwind and relax after a busy day at work. The kitchen, fully equipped for cooking, will cater to those who are passionate about home cooking and preparing their own meals.

For those who drive, there will be off-street parking for up to 4 cars. Additionally, there is also a lovely garden where guests can enjoy the outdoor space.

Please note that we charge a £100 pet fee.

Check out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts.
