Conveniently situated within Birmingham city centre, this townhouse is perfect for both professionals/contractors on business trips and families looking to explore the city and the surrounding areas. With easy access to both public transports and motorways, it is incredibly accessible. Boasting an internal area of 1200 square foot with spacious rooms; 2 master bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a fair sized garden, this property makes great value for money for any group of guests.
The house is modern, clean and tidy throughout. The property gets cleaned and re-stocked with essentials in between ALL bookings to ensure hygiene and cleanliness is a priority. All rooms are provided with good quality linen, a desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawer and bedside table. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of plates and utensils.

Guests can also make use of our snooker table which comes with all cues and balls, providing a separate £40 security deposit is paid, out of respect for the costs of potential damage/loss, but guests can be reassured we provide a very fair policy and deposits are handled safely and will always return deposits within 72 hours, providing nothing has been damaged/lost and the house has not been left in a mess. All cleaning products and bin bags are provided within the utility storage cupboard on the ground floor in case of any accidents. Further damage can always be prevented if accidents get cleaned up as soon as possible thus potentially preventing any deposit from being withheld. We appreciate all our guests and will hold the upmost respect for everyone and do what we can to help accommodate your stay comfortably, we kindly ask the same respect is given back to us and our home.
Any guests found to have broken the no smoking within the property will incur a £200 charge from the security deposit, and that’s providing there’s no damage to anything within the property. Breaching the no party rule without prior approval will also incur a higher penalty. Any damage will be treated as a separate cost.
Other things to note
🔐Keys must be returned inside the e-Safe Lock Box. Missing keys will incur an additional £150 charge.
