Built on the hillside below the village of Megala Chorafia, guests at Villa Nikos can look forward to relaxing in the company of wonderful views encompassing the whole of Souda Bay, with the wider sea beyond, an ever changing nautical scene. Across the bay, the Akrotiri Peninsular forms a perfect backdrop.

This well thought out Villa, with all accommodation on one level, has been designed to make holiday living as uncomplicated as it should be. With a colour palette chosen to harmonize with the land/seascape, the interior is pared back yet comfortable and practical. Step through the sliding doors onto the terrace and the eye-catching infinity pool, surrounded by quality sun beds, awaits. Location Megala Chorafia

Just 10 mins walk up the hill or maybe a little longer, (it’s fairly steep so sigar, sigar - slowly slowly in Greek) is the village of Megala Chorafia, catering well for the holiday maker, there’s a well stocked mini market and three tavernas. If you prefer to drive, you follow the one way road downhill then back up again but walk or drive it’s a short and easy return journey.

Although the village has everything you need, Villa Nikos is very well placed to explore the island further, being just a couple of minutes drive from the North Coast Road. The quiet beach at Kiani is an easy 3 mins drive, the buzzing little resort of Kalives 5 mins and Chania Venetian Harbour front is less than 30 mins away.

For a change of scene and some excellent freshly caught fish - head for Souda, just 10 mins away and very popular with the locals.

Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.



Parking - There is private parking with a remote controlled gate.
