We loved our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The host communicated quickly and effectively! They even accommodated our request for a later checkout what was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend!We were traveling with a wheelchair and there were a couple of accessibility things, but we knew going into it there would be. A couple of things to keep in mind if traveling with a wheelchair…only street parking (no driveway as noted in listing) and the sidewalk into the house is pavers so not super conducive to wheelchair use. There was also a step down into the dining room and back up into the kitchen that we didn’t expect, but we were using a manual wheelchair so it was ok. There were 3 steps down into the back bedroom, but other than that the house was great and the extra large bathroom was very helpful using the shower chair we purchased and removable shower head for bathing! Again, overall a wonderful experience!

Looks exactly as the photos, very spacious and in an easy, low key area. Parking was always easy as well, never had to park too far. Huge yard and communal areas. Close to Studio City, WeHo. Would stay again!

This cute little house is tucked away and surrounded by greenery that makes it feel cozy and safe. Some folks may take a look at the neighborhood and surrounding community and question their safety, but we felt safe the whole time. We even walked five minutes down to a delicious pizza place. The home itself has plenty of space and the backyard is a little oasis. There are a few more steps, big steps, within the house than we were expecting, but we made it work. The communication was polite, professional, and welcoming. All the expectations are sent to you and listed within the house. It is a short drive to Universal, which was our main reason for being there. We would stay here again if needed.

The house was perfect place! It was decorated very nicely and very spacious. The backyard and patio was decorated equally as well. Quiet and serene

Loved the house. Met all of our needs for moving our daughter into university ( USC). Our first time in Los Angeles so no sense of the neighborhoods. This was a quiet spot, though lots of driving to downtown. Host was excellent!

Great stay in North Hollywood

The house is really great and very spacious with a lot of attention to detail. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and the photos give a good impression. The area is quiet and all important things like supermarket, restaurants etc. are very easy to reach. Universal Studios and Hollywood are just a short drive away. You can also get to Santa Monica relatively quickly. The hosts were very friendly and always available. We were a little worried about parking, but this turned out to be unfounded. Everything worked as described. Overall, we (4 people) enjoyed our stay very much.

Comfortable Home Base

This VRBO property was a comfortable home for us: a mom and 15-year-old twins, each with a travel friend. There were 4 separate bedrooms, and the living room sofa was available for a fifth person. It’s nicely updated and furnished. There are sleek and easy-to-use blinds for privacy. The yard is beautifully landscaped with drought-tolerant plants. The kitchen is well-supplied. Beds are quite comfortable, but the 4th bed in the small bedroom off the living room was very LOW (on the floor) and had uneven hardness (was suitable for a young teen). The main dining table was nice and big, but it feels slightly too large for the space it is in (had to be careful not to scrape the chairs on the richly colored accent wall). We decided to drape a towel over the back of the chair to minimize the chances of damaging the wall. The host is very available and is a good communicator. Sends clear instructions on house rules and provides a handy house manual. The home feels like an oasis from the outside world, encircled and shielded by greenery. Has a cute entry gate and feels safe and secure. The AC worked well. This property has great curb appeal (best-looking property on the street). Note there is only street parking. Good home base - we’d likely stay here again if available.

The owner was very responsive and explained everything in detail. Parking was challenging. Out of the 5 nights we were only able to park in front 2 times. Bedroom closest to back patio, bed was really soft with a “dip.” The shower was too short and hard to step in to. We had to use the larger bath and shower.Kitchen was great! Backyard area was great!Bedrooms with king sized beds very roomy. Bedroom in the middle with largest bathroom was very tight for 2 people. We had a great time and would come back if the front hedges were cut down a bit. Was a bit scary entering through the front gate at night in the dark.All in all. A very good experience!

Visiting family in the Valley

My parents, brother and I stayed here three nights visiting family in the area. We absolutely loved this house. It is just so charming, super-clean, and has gorgeous landscaping, and a great backyard. Also was equipped with some kitchen and bath essentials (olive oil, shampoo, etc.) - which is always helpful… not to mention some biscotti and Prosecco, which was a nice touch. Silvia was always ahead of us with all the details we needed for the trip, and check-in and check-out were breezy. Highly recommend!

Beautifully furnished spacious house hidden gem!

We really enjoyed the home. Very private and inviting. Everything we needed was there. Our family enjoyed meals in the dining area together. The kids loved playing in the back yard. We hope to stay again in the future. Although a few homes on the block are unkept...we felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet 🤫
