The property is fenced and surrounded by charming olive trees, enhancing the tranquil ambiance. The house covers 115 square meters, and the pool area is 30 square meters in size. By the pool, you’ll find 14 sun loungers, garden furniture, parasols, an outdoor shower, and a table football setup, offering plenty of options for relaxation and fun. The pool is shared only with guests from the neighboring apartment, ensuring privacy. Covered parking for two cars is also available, and there’s a barbecue for outdoor cooking.

Each apartment has its own terrace, making it ideal for two families who wish to spend time together while maintaining some privacy.
The ground floor, or the first apartment, includes a spacious common area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and cozy living room with a large sofa that can also serve as an extra bed. For cooler days, there’s a wood-burning stove, perfect for a cozy atmosphere in autumn or winter. The glass wall offers a stunning sea view, which you can admire from the kitchen and dining area. The ground floor has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Bedding is provided, and the bathroom comes equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The apartment also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. The terrace is furnished with a set for six people.
An outdoor staircase leads to the second-floor apartment. The first thing you'll notice is the large terrace with a magnificent sea view, furnished with seating for six and two sun loungers.
