We are inviting you to be one of our first guests to stay in this beautiful villa with a heated swimming pool. Villa Terra was designed to offer comfort in contemporary design. It is perfect to accommodate eight guests.If you are looking for a quiet place near the coast and fancy something new and modern, Villa Terra is a perfect choice for you.
Villa stretches over two floors. Ground floor has an open space living area and first floor sleeping area where you will find three bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. When you enter the house, you will be welcomed with a large entrance, overlooking the terrace and swimming pool. This will give you an instant feeling of relaxation. From the entrance area, one door leads to spacious storage and the other to a guest toilet with a washing machine. Third is the entrance to a large open space living area with kitchen, dining table and living room. Spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all kitchen essentials and accessories you might need to prepare delicious Mediterranean meals. In thekitchen, you can find the followingappliances: an induction cooker, hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, water heater, coffee machine and toaster. In the center of the space is a beautiful dining table for eight, on the other side of the room a big comfortable leather sofa is waiting for you. If needed it can be prepared as an additional bed for two. From all corners of the living space area you will be able to watch 55’ TV. Both windows in the room are facing a terrace with a pool. On the terrace by the swimming pool, you will find a shaded sitting area to enjoy hot summer days. Six sun chairs and a table for eight will be prepared for you. If you love to grill, Weber grill will be at your disposal.
All three bedrooms are on the first floor, overlooking beautiful green nature and sea in the distance. In the night, you will be able to see the night-lights of the City of Crikvenica. All three bedrooms are equipped with their own air conditioning and what 's most important, very good beds with Swiss made Serta mattresses, which will offer you good night sleep. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower. Two of them are also equipped with 42'TVs. Bed sheets and towels will be at your disposal.
For your comfort, all living spaces and bedrooms are air-conditioned and have electrical shutters. House is also equipped with an internet connection. If you are thinking of coming early in spring or late in fall, Villa Terra is equipped with an underfloor heating system and a heated swimming pool. By the house, you can park three cars.
If you are going on holiday in a larger group, Villa Terra is perfect for you. It is designed as a separate house, only in a small part attached to a neighboring villa called Rossa. Villa Rossa is designed similar to Villa Terra and can accommodate up to eight people. Designed as described, it offers enough privacy to everyone in the group, as well enough space to spend your holidays together.
