The garden also features a private outdoor pool (30 m²) equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. Guests can also use a gas grill and a large dining table, perfect for family meals or dinners under the stars.
The apartment, located on the first floor of the building, spans 95 m² and is designed to accommodate up to eight guests. It includes three bedrooms (one master and two additional), all with double beds and ceiling fans for cooling during warm summer days. The living room features a flat-screen satellite TV and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an extra bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment includes two bathrooms with showers and three separate toilets. The living area is air-conditioned for added comfort.
