Great stay!

Everything was great for us.Clean new goergues luxury house with more the we needed. Anna is very nice and helpful person. For us were great that we could've have our dogs with us. Access to the see is a bit longer but still 5 min walking.we will definitely come back.

Extraordinary journey!

Great accomodation with a wonderful view over Vrbnik and the sea. Ana was a very kind host and welcomed us in person. We had a great stay and found everything we needed in the house. The only small negative point was that the coffee machine didn't work. It's also good to know that the bed in the pool-house is only a sofa bed, but for two people it was still comfortable.

Tolle Lage zum entspannen mit allem was man braucht für einen gemütlichen Urlaub

Tolle Lage mit fantastischem Meerblick, super freundliche Gastgeberin, immer mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten vor Ort aber nie aufdringlich. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Die Stadt ist fussläufig in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenfalls der kleine Strand.

Glorious residence!

Super Unterkunft, bietet Platz für 8 Erwachsene (4x Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 3x Bad). Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fussläufig ca. 10 Minuten von der Stadt Vrbnik. Bei Anliegen wurde sofort geantwortet und die Begrüßung war sehr nett. Auch früher Check in ohne Probleme möglich, sowie später Check out wurde auch angeboten, was sehr nett war. Der Pool ist super und sonst auch alles besten. Sehr nette Gastgeber. :-)

Brilliant service!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit vielen kleinen Extras wie, Spülmaschine, Poolroboter und vieles mehr, perfekt für 10 Personen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für größere Gruppen bis zu 10 Personen ist das Haus perfekt.

Schönes und geräumiges Haus mit wundervoller gepflegter Aussenanlage. Beheizter Pool mit Poolhaus (mit eigenem Bad), vielen Sitz- sowie Liegemöglichkeiten mit Blick auf die Adria sowie Vrbnik. Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Familien und Freudeurlaub mit Poolpartys ;-) Haus liegt allgemein in einer ruhigen Gegend, man hört so gut wie nichts. Check In sowie Check Out super easy und unkompliziert! Nette Kommunikation und sehr freundliche Übergabe.

Tolle Pfingstferien - es hat einfach alles gepasst

Wir hatten fantastische Pfingstferien in der Villa Pinia. Es hat für uns 8 Erwachsene alles gepasst. Angefangen von der sehr sympathischen Gastgeberin Ana, die uns gleich mit einem Gastgeschenk (Wein von Vrbenik – sehr zu empfehlen) begrüßte und uns während des ganzen Aufenthaltes herzlich betreute. Selbst am Geburtstag einer unser Mitreisenden hatte sie uns extra mit einem selbst gebackenen Käsekuchen überrascht. Von allen Zimmern hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf Vrbenik und das Meer. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das separat gelegene Grundstück mit dem Pool bietet viel Platz, um in der Sonne oder unter den Olivenbäumen zu entspannen. Die Stadtstrände sind fußläufig erreichbar. In die schöne Altstadt Vrbenik gelangt man innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch für unsere schwimmfreudige Labrador-Hündin hatten wir einen passenden Strand gefunden. Fast jeden Abend hatten wir auf der schönen Terrasse gegrillt, denn besser konnte man es in einem Restaurant nicht haben mit dem fanstatischen Meerblick, der abendlichen abkühlenden Brise Wind, dem leckeren lokalen Fisch- und Gemüseangebot und dem schmackhaften Hauswein aus Vrbenik. Wir kommen seit über 12 Jahren nach Kroatien, um hier mit der Familie unsere Ferien zu verbringen. Wir waren uns alle einig: Die Villa Pinia war das bisher schönste Haus, das wir bislang gebucht hatten.

This is a stunning, tranquil house overlooking the village of Vrbnik and the sea. From the pictures I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but this is simply a beautiful place to get away. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, even in late April. Ana was kind to welcome us and quick to answer every small question. Comfortable beds, just-right kitchen, quiet neighborhood, so much space to enjoy indoors and outdoors. We didn’t have time to even begin to enjoy every aspect. I feel you can’t go wrong with a stay here. Many thanks to Ana. I can highly recommend.

The overall experience in Vrbnik was amazing, what a beautiful location! The house is perfect and leaves no wish unfulfilled, but spending time outside grilling, or watching the sunset and stars is the true gem of the location! But what put the experience over the top was our host! She was super helpful and accommodating, and really took care of us! Super host, super property, super location! Highly recommended!

Toller Pool mit Sonnenliegen unter Olivenhain, schöne Gegend

Alles in allem ist das Haus eine tolle Unterkunft, in der man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen kann. + toller Ausblick auf die Statd Vrbnik und dem Meer + der Pool & die Sonnenliegen + der Außenbereich ist gut zum sitzen/verweilen tagsüber und abends + es gibt ausreichend Schattenplätze + großes Wohnzimmer ebenfalls mit großem Tisch + kostenfreies WLAN + die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan und helfen gerne aus bei Fragen oder Wünschen - was uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat, ist die Verteilung der Klimaanlage. Hier wäre es besser diese direkt im Zimmer anstatt im Flur zu haben, um nachts besser schlafen zu können.

We spent an amazing time at this villa! It has an amazing view, very beautiful garden with olive trees and rosemary and all you need to spend your time in the comfort of this seaside home. Right in front of the house, a bike and walking paths start and couple of virgin beaches can be reached! Thank you for your hospitality!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Bei der Anfahrt wurden wir sehr freundlich von der Inhaberin begrüßt. Sie hat sich Zeit für unsere Fragen genommen und war auch für weitere Fragen während des Urlaubs stets offen. Super schönes Ambiente von der Villa, welche sehr sauber und in einem Top Zustand war. Wir waren insgesamt zu 8 und jeder hatte ausreichend Platz. Wir können auf jeden Fall diese Villa weiter empfehlen.
