The Magdalea Holiday Apartment is a more than 100-year-old stone building that has been fully renovated and adapted to modern needs while preserving its authentic rustic charm. The Magdalea Holiday Apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and is a perfect location for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
The apartment spans 220 m² over two floors, providing comfortable living for larger groups. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and all the necessary utensils for meal preparation. The dining area features a large table for 8 people, while the living room offers a cozy sofa and SAT TV for relaxing evenings. From the living area, there is access to a spacious terrace with a dining table for 8 and a stone barbecue – perfect for outdoor dining.
Upstairs, there are three additional spacious bedrooms, all with comfortable double beds, an extra bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms, except the naturally cool one on the ground floor, are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. From the upper floor, you can access a shaded terrace with a sea view, equipped with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, ensuring cold drinks are always at hand.
The apartment's outdoor areas are beautifully designed. The large garden with various shaded spots invites relaxation. On hot summer days, a 24 m² pool provides refreshment, surrounded by eight sun loungers placed around the terraces. Parking for multiple vehicles is available in front of the apartment.
The surrounding area offers tranquility and privacy, along with numerous opportunities for exploration.
