Beautiful 4-Bed Villa in Haines City
Travel to Haines City and discover this charming, cosy villa that's full of character. This Villa makes a welcome retreat from busy schedules and modern life.
There is an outdoor private swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment!
Staying here also allows you access to the private garden.
As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
Pur extended pool area is totally private to rear..with large rear lawn.
Our 27 foot pool has addition of hand rails to pool steps and also spa steps.
We have the compulsory fencing along the width of the pool area.
Please note it is imperative that you use the pool fence when children are staying at the villa...plus fence should be erected prior to going to bed or leaving property for the day. It is Florida Law.
The pool.also has the benefit of a spa.
Please note pool and spa are heated via one unit.
HEATING IS BY GAS. THIS IS CHARGED AT $45 PER.NIGGT AND XAN BE PAID VIA PAYPAL.
This villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10.
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a super king bed.
The third bedroom contains a single bed and a triple bunk bed.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- There is a cleaning fee of $145.
