Profitez du centre-ville de Grapevine à quelques pâtés de maisons de notre maison historique classique avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Cette maison récemment rénovée est parfaite pour la famille et les amis ou les voyageurs d'affaires. The Grape Escape a toutes les commodités de la maison à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons du restaurant mexicain d'Esparza, de Homestead Winery et de toutes les activités que la rue principale a à offrir. Il est très facile d'accéder au milieu de l'action sur la rue Main. Profitez de tous les événements spéciaux que Grapevine et DFW ont à offrir.

Nous venons de rénover notre bungalow historique de 1949 avec tous les nouveaux appareils électriques, de plomberie, de CVC, d'appareils et de mobilier de pointe pour accueillir nos invités. Cette maison spacieuse est super confortable et possède une belle cour ombragée avec une terrasse parfaite pour se divertir. Notre cuisine est approvisionnée et toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux matelas et literie, ainsi que Smart TV avec câble.

Lovely home located in beautiful Grapevine neighborhood

The property was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was within walking distance to downtown Grapevine, which offers many great restaurants and unique shopping.

Great stay in Grapevine

This was our second stay at this property. This time, we stayed for two months and liked it as much, or more, than our first stay. The location is top notch - walkable to Main St, but the updates that they’ve done to the house also add to our enjoyment of the property. We would definitely rent here again.

Great location!

We were in Grapevine taking care of family business, and I could not have picked a better location. Walking distance to Main Street (and Esparza's!), plus off-street parking. Everyone in my group commented on how comfy the beds were. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the DFW area.

Charming cottage with great outdoors

This house was perfect for 6. Newly updated older home close to downtown Grapevine.

Everything was new, the beds were great and it has a great backyard to hang out in. Grapevine is a cool little town and is central to everything in the metroplex. We where there to go to the Cowboys game. Owners very responsive and I will stay here again when I am back in the area.

Perfect location in historic Grapevine TX

This is a renovated historic home in a beautiful neighborhood. The outside has not been redone but inside is great. Very spacious and the kitchen has everything, bathrooms are very nice and the AC works great. Big backyard with lighted covered area. It’s a short walk to Main Street with lots of shops, restaurants and wine bars. Perfect for families, girlfriends or couples. Wendy was easy to contact and very responsive.

We enjoyed having Debbie stay at our home over the last month. We appreciate her kind words about our home and the location. Great location in Grapevine

We spent a month in this house and loved every minute of it. The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked, and the location couldn’t be beat. We were there during November so we walked the few blocks to Main Street daily to see the Christmas sights. We were even able to use the kitchen in this house to host a full family Thanksgiving dinner - something i could not say about many of the VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. We had no regrets about staying here.

Perfection

I rented this home for my parents to visit and stay nearby our home for a month. It was the perfect location. They were nearby us but in their own space and able to walk to so many good places. It really gave them a short vacation and escape while visiting family. The owners were responsive and the home is in an adorable and safe neighborhood.

Great location; charming, roomy home

We spent two weeks in this home in Grapevine ' s historic neighborhood within walking distance of Main Street. Enjoyed using the kitchen and eating outdoors on the deck, walking to restaurants, shops and wineries while visiting with friends and relatives. The beds are comfortable, too. If you cook a lot, may need to bring your favorite herbs and spices. Thank you, Wendy!

Winter Home

This home in the Historic District in Grapevine, TX fit my needs perfectly. It was close to family, and a short walk to Main Street and all of its amenities. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and great for walking. The house was very comfortable and nicely furnished, with a great kitchen, and the backyard space was good. My 10 week stay was very enjoyable and I look forward to going back next year. Thanks for a great experience!

Winter Home

This property meets my needs perfectly. I spend most of the winter there and it is very comfortable. The best part is its location and close proximity to Grapevine's Main Street and all of its amenities. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Wendy is quick to answer questions and offer solutions when I need any thing. I look forward to staying there for many more winters.

Great comfort in Grapevine!

If you’re visiting Grapevine, this home will suit all your needs perfectly. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood a short walk from the Main Street where all the action is. It was very comfortable with all the amenities one would need and then some! There was also a fantastic playground just around the corner that my 5 year old enjoyed immensely. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions or concerns you might have. We made some great memories this weekend!!

Great Texas Get-Away

The Grape Escape offered a wonderful venue and home for the final leg of our snow bird adventures for 2018. After 2 months in Florida, we were thrilled to find this home exactly as represented. . . except, it is actually larger than it appears in photos. This house was clean, comfortable and conducive to having the grandchildren visit. I love that it was walking distance to almost everything--Main Street, my granddaughter's school, the neighborhood park, the Cidery and the Brewery and many restaurants. I even walked to the Rec and the library. And, as many times as I've been to Grapevine, I finally got to see Nat and Willy--four times!! This home felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for both bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the closets a good size. Wendy was very attentive in answering any questions we had during our stay. We are hoping to come back in 2019.

Charming property in historic Grapevine

Wendy (and Tim) were very easy to work with. We had some issues with TV reception and Tim came over the same day to install another antenna. I had to get back into the property after checking out, and Wendy was so cooperative. Overall, a very good experience!
