Apartment C is a brand new loft apartment located in the town centre of Saltburn-by-the-sea, just a few steps from the wide range of independent shops and bars. The apartment is split over two levels with the kitchen and living area spanning the whole of the top floor. With two bedrooms, this apartment is perfect for a couples retreat or family getaway by the sea.

The Space:
Head upstairs to the top floor and youâll find a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living space. With sloped ceilings and exposed beams, there is plenty of character and charm. Light floods in from the huge skylight windows creating a light and airy feel.
LIVING AREA
On one side of the staircase is the living area. The perfect place to relax, you can kick back on the royal blue, velvet sofa watching TV or cosy up on the baby pink chair with a good book. The space is beautifully decorated with luxury furnishings and modern spotlights.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
At the other end of the room past the glass stair rails is the gorgeous kitchen and dining area. With high shine white cabinets and chrome accessories, the space feels very contemporary and clean. If youâre looking to make full use of the self-catering facilities, the kitchen boasts an oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is even the added luxury of a coffee machine!
BEDROOM
Downstairs youâll find two cosy bedrooms. The master bedroom is a relaxing space with crisp white walls and a king size bed with a navy headboard. Youâll enjoy your sleep as the comfy mattress is complete with premium linens and bedding. The second bedroom is ideal for children and teenagers. The twin beds feature quirky copper metal frames and there is a wooden rack for clothing.
BATHROOM
The family bathroom is ultra sleek and modern with a large walk in shower, WC and basin.
Cornerhouse Apartments is home to three separate apartments with a maximum capacity of 13. If you are looking for a stay for a large group there are often opportunities to rent all three apartments together. Please send us an email with your preferred dates for availability and prices.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Free on street parking is available along the whole of the street and no permit is required.
The property is located on the first floor and accessed via a communal staircase. Please note there is no lift in the building so guests will need to climb several sets of stairs to reach the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Cornerhouse Apartments are located in the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.
Located in the heart of the town, the apartment is only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and youâll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.
Cornerhouse Apartments is close to all local amenities including independent shops, bars, restaurants and bistros.
Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and Saltburn is included. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!
Getting Around:
Cornerhouse Apartments is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutesâ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.
Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
