We could not have asked for a better location and property to stay. Everything was exactly as decribed and the view from the balcony was awesome. It was literally a stone’s throw to the “sandy beach”. I recommend booking beach umbrella/chairs early if you plan to spend any time on the beach because it definitely gets crowded in July. We would 100% stay here again for our base in Cinque Terre.

The place was exactly as described and so conveniently located next to the train station. Our concierge Eduordo met us at the station and personally walked us to the apartment and went over everything with us. Everything was smooth and lovely. And added bonus was to walk in to the air conditioning as it was not listed. It was such a relief in the 90 degree weather!

Great location and the photos don’t do it justice! Right across from the beach (less than 2m walk), great restaurants outside the door, super market, cafe and train station all right there! Amazing stay would recommend

The view and sound of the ocean was relaxing and inviting. The place was 5 minutes from the train station!! So convenient. The host met us at the rail station and helped carry our bags. It was a clean beautifully decorated apartment overlooking the ocean. It was wonderful!

First, the location was amazing. Couldn't have been better. The rooms themselves were older, not the best but nothing horrible. There was no living area, no couch to hang out on, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, the listing said that there was a washer, so we were looking forward to being able to do laundry at the midway point of our trip. Unfortunately, there was not a washer, there was a dishwasher. We found a local woman to do our laundry and she was amazing, so it worked out, but was not what we were expecting. The bed in the smaller bedroom is not very comfortable either, very firm. But overall it was a decent stay.

Location!!

You cannot beat the location of this property!! It is within STEPS of the beach, perfect if you're looking to spend time at the beach and relax. It is a very large home and the patio has a wonderful view. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the home had all the expected amenities. There was no house manual with local recommendations, but the host was very responsive so it didn't bother us. All the restaurants were walkable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice views, great location

This property has nice views, a great location. There is no air conditioning, which I think should be more explicitly stated. We slept in 1 room with doors open, but if we had more people and needed to use the guest bedroom, they may have been hot all night. They do provide standing fans. Mattia was very responsive about the Wi-Fi which wasn’t working our first night but when we asked about an iron, we never received a response.

Overall, our stay was good, but a few issues impacted our experience.Upon arrival, there was trash left under the kitchen sink, and the refrigerator hadn’t been properly cleaned, with food residue still stuck inside. These were minor inconveniences, but worth mentioning.The biggest issue was the beds. The mattress in the bedroom with the view was firm but manageable. However, the mattress closest to the bathroom genuinely felt like sleeping on uneven rocks. Both couples tried sleeping on it, and we all agreed it was nearly impossible to get a decent night’s rest.After the first night, we contacted the host asking if a mattress topper or extra blankets could be provided. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response until Monday morning, after following up. The host expressed surprise at our feedback and said there was nothing they could offer. They eventually brought extra sheets, which we appreciated, but thin sheets don’t make an uncomfortable mattress any better.On the positive side, the balcony view was beautiful, the AC worked well, and the apartment was spacious. It has the potential to be a fantastic stay, but the cleaning needs more attention and the mattresses desperately need replacing. Unfortunately, the sleeping situation alone would prevent me from recommending or booking this property again.

Very Hot Summer

The property should invest in ceiling fans, since there is no air conditioner. We all had difficulty escaping the excessive heat and the apartment was too warm to sleep in comfortably.

A nice stay

The reason to stay in this property is the view. We spent hours sitting on the deck watching the water. It was beautiful. The biggest disappointment was that we rented a 2 bedroom apartment, but when we got there only one of the beds was made. I asked the owner where the bedding was so we could make it, but she said she would have to get ahold of someone and see when they could get there. It wasn’t worth the hassle of going through that as we were only there for a few days. Still, it was very disappointing that I paid for something I didn’t get. Also, there is no living room in this apartment! You have a bedroom, a kitchen and the balcony. Of course we spent most of our time outdoors, but if the weather would have been bad, we would have had to sit on the bed. The house was very clean, no complaints there. The bed was very hard, but that’s a personal preference. We never cooked in the apartment so I can’t speak to that. Would I go back? Probably not.

Die Wohnung ist gut, sauber, gegenüber den Strand. Man kann das Meer hören! Das Internet hat leider oft nicht gut funktioniert. Ansonsten alles gut.
