Regarding the pool temperature, this period of the year can indeed make the water quite cool, and we appreciate your suggestion about a solar cover, which we will certainly take into consideration. We also take note of your feedback on the temperature and hot water controls, as well as your comments regarding the laundry facilities and towel handling, which help us identify areas for improvement. Regarding the organic garden, this is something that is indeed planned and part of the concept of the property. However, during the winter season the plants naturally die off and everything needs to be replanted. Even if the garden had been fully established, at the beginning of May there would still not be any produce available, as crops such as tomatoes, aubergines, and similar vegetables are not yet in season. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as it helps us continuously improve the guest experience while maintaining the high standards we aim to offer.
