El Constante est un symbole de la côte du golfe du Texas depuis plus de 30 ans. Ce complexe bien entretenu et adapté aux familles est la destination en front de mer que votre famille visitera pour vous faire vivre des souvenirs inoubliables. De toutes les unités, vous pouvez entendre le doux murmure des vagues déferlant sur le rivage et être à quelques pas des kilomètres de plages du Texas balayées par les vents.
Commencez votre journée avec une tasse de café et une belle promenade sur la digue tout en admirant un magnifique lever de soleil sur le golfe du Mexique. Plusieurs destinations de restauration et de divertissement sont des activités proches et populaires telles que la pêche sur la plage et la jetée; surfer, faire de l'équitation ou simplement se détendre et profiter du soleil sont au bout de vos doigts. Le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn est maintenant ouvert et se trouve à seulement 5 km. Si vous apportez un bateau, vous apprécierez l'accès à proximité aux rampes de mise à l'eau et au système de canaux, ici sur l'île.
Ce magnifique complexe offre également l'un des paramètres de piscine les plus sereins que vous trouverez et la piscine est chauffée pour le plaisir toute l'année. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à faire des souvenirs de famille, vous ne trouverez pas un meilleur complexe en bord de mer que El Constante.

INTÉRIEUR
Vous pouvez dormir 5 personnes dans ce condo au deuxième étage avec vue sur la plage / la piscine, lumineux et confortable, situé au deuxième étage et doté d'un lit queen-size dans la chambre principale, d'un lit double et d'un lit simple dans la chambre d'amis. Les deux chambres sont situées à l'étage et disposent de leur propre salle de bain. En bas, vous trouverez la cuisine ouverte, le coin repas et le salon, ainsi qu’une demi-salle de bain.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. Cette unité n'est pas les animaux de compagnie.

Fantastic views! Great location.

Check in was super easy. Rooms were perfect. Balcony views of the beach were great. Location excellent. The only negative thing I can say is I had to leave!

Great location

Wonderful vrbo in a great location! Home was clean and well stocked with essentials. Only thing I wish had been included in description is that the outdoor closet contains many beach toys and boogie boards. This would have been helpful to know before buying our own. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Could use a bit of TLC

The location was AWESOME...right in front of the beach. The heated pool was a nice addition for night swims. The property could use a bit of TLC. The couch was not comfortable and had stains on it. There were no simple condiments for cooking...ie salt and pepper, but had plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans. Nice coffee maker, but no filter or coffee available. Just having the simple things would of been nice. No shampoo/conditioner or beach towels, which was okay but again...the little things would of been nice. Not much personal touch to the property to make it appealing....again not a big deal, but this helps the home away from home feel/comfort. Thank you

Always a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at El Constante before in two different units. We love staying here because the location is the best and if we need anything at the unit while we are at the beach we can just walk and get it or if somebody in the family would like to go back to the property we don’t have to all pack up. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. This location in particular wasn’t as updated as the last unit we stayed at but still clean. The only thing was there was a very strong moisture smell entering this unit. I think it was due to the humidity and the AC temp being at 78. Once we turned the air lower the smell lessened. Overall, we enjoy staying at this property with our family very much. Always a great experience!

Pool and Hot tub

The pool was very murky the entire time, and the hot tub still has a leak sense last summer so water from the pool does not flow into the hot tub like it should. We love the location and being able to walk onto the beach. The condo was cute, but upstairs was very hot.
