Your stylish two-bedroom apartment is in a well-maintained and centrally-located condominium with a communal swimming pool.

The apartment is on the first floor. An outdoor table and four chairs are provided for you to enjoy meals and drinks al fresco on the terrace. The terrace is also great for catching the afternoon sun all year round.

Your well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer (each of which is integrated) as well as a microwave, electric kettle, expresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker. There is also a table with two chairs.

Your large living room has two sofas, a wooden armchair, a large television (with access to 140 TV and radio channels in a variety of languages) and a DVD player. Off the living room is a dining area with a dining table with four chairs. Internet access is available throughout the apartment for guests' use.

There are two spacious bedrooms both of which have inbuilt wardrobes. Your main bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors with access to a balcony. Your other bedroom has two single beds.

Your large bathroom has a bath / shower (with a grab / hand rail), toilet, bidet and hand basin.

There are air conditioning units in the living room and each bedroom.

In addition to the apartment, you can use the balcony in front of the apartment which has an outdoor table, four chairs and sun umbrella.

You also have access to the communal condominium pool (open from April to September and from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm).

There are four comfortable outdoor chairs which you can use by the pool or even on the balcony.

The condominium also has a small play area for younger children.

Other details:

Your apartment is located in the centre of Tavira. You can park your car in a locked underground garage which has lift access to the apartment. With its central location, many guests choose to stay in the apartment without hiring a car.

Your place is within walking distance of an extensive range of restaurants and shops as well as supermarkets and the local market (open from Monday to Saturday).

The boat to take you to Ilha de Tavira (Tavira island) is about a five minute walk from the condominium. There are a number of other popular beaches in the eastern Algarve including Praia do Barril, Praia da Estreita, Praia da Fuzeta and Praia da Manta Rota.

Tavira bus and train stations are within walking distance from the apartment. There are buses to Lisbon, Seville and elsewhere. The Algarve train line operates between Lagos and Vila Real S. Antonio. At Faro, you can take the train to Lisbon and other destinations.

For longer stays, towels and bed linen will be changed.

Beach towels are not provided.
