Lumineux, fabuleux, penthouse situé dans un jardin bien entretenu pour ceux qui aiment leur confort tout en passant des vacances paisibles. Magnifiquement meublé dans un style contemporain avec climatisation complÚte. Un escalier en marbre mÚne à l'immense terrasse privée sur le toit équipée d'une table, de chaises, de chaises longues, d'un barbecue à gaz et d'un auvent électrique avec capteur de vent. Absolument parfait pour un petit déjeuner tranquille ou un verre en soirée en regardant le coucher du soleil. Le complexe est petit, donc la grande piscine et la piscine pour enfants ne se sentent jamais bondées. Beaucoup de chaises longues et de parasols confortables. Parking gratuit et spacieux dans le complexe. Wifi gratuit

Un appartement trĂšs confortable

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement trÚs cosy, propre, agréablement décoré conforme à la description et aux photos dans un environnement trÚs calme. La cuisine est bien équipée, la literie confortable. Le contact par mail avec Gail a été trÚs cordial, il a répondu à nos demandes avec gentillesse et rapidité. Tavira est une ville pleine de charme à 10-15 mn à pied de l'appartement. N'hésitez pas à louer cet appartement qui vous donnera entiÚre satisfaction. Merci Gail. We stayed in this apartment very cosy, clean, nicely decorated in accordance with the description and photos in a very quiet environment. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedding comfortable. The email contact with Gail was very cordial, he answered to our requests with kindness and speed. Tavira is a charming town 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment which will give you full satisfaction. Thanks Gail.

Das Appartment mĂŒsste besser Instand gehalten werden. Die KĂŒche ist sehr abgenutzt. Die Markise war defekt. An Besteck und Geschirr klebten noch Essensreste. Der Kontakt war ok. Die Anlage an sich ist auch schön aber insgesamt merkt man, dass da wieder investiert werden muss.

Our 2nd visit

This was our 2nd visit to the apartment. We love this apartment for its location, space, brightness. We come to the area to cycle and it’s a great location for easy access to beautiful roads. Although the weather didn’t allow it this visit, the roof top terrace if great for sitting and for the bbq. Lower rating for check-in is due to delay on being met by the property management. Luckily the property gate was already open so we were able to enter the apartment. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Tavira. Gail is super to work with and very responsive. Thank you Gail for your hospitality.

Very nice property. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. Comfortable beds and adrquately equiped kitchen. Property manager was prompt to reply to any questions via WhatsApp.

Beautiful Tavira

I loved Gail's property. It is perfectly situated in a quiet residential area. The walk into town is no problem although down & up many steps. The complex is well cared for and the apartment overlooks the expansive pool and grounds. It is a well planned spacious property aapartment

We zijn niet ontvangen door het agentschap omdat er een feestdag was. Het zoeken via de telefoon met de eigenaresse verliep zeer moeizaam en was zeer verwarrend. Verder was er uit 1 bed een plank, waardoor een flinke kuil in matras. Vervolgens hadden we beperkt aantal handdoeken en slechts 1 theedoek en 1 poetsdoeken gevonden. Van het agentschap hebben we de hele week niets gehoord. Echter het penthouse mooi en heel fijn gesitueerd bij het zwembad en er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor het gebouw.

Great stay in Tavira

We have stayed in the complex before but not this apartment so knew what to expect. Apartment was lovely and big, and nicely furnished throughout. We loved stargazing on the roof and the balcony overlooking the pools was lovely. We would definitely stay here again. Check in was thorough and friendly. The only things we would like a little different were that the mattress covers on the bed we assume were waterproof and they crunched loudly every time you moved which wasn’t nice. And in the kitchen, a supply of fairy liquid and enough dishwasher tabs for one a day would be an added touch so you don’t have to go out and buy them just for a couple of days. These are tiny details though and clearly would not stop us returning! The complex is beautifully maintained, pool clean, people nice, and tavira is stunning, but we knew that already hence returning!

We loved Tavira

We had 6 lovely days in Tavira and fell in love with the place. Felt such an authentic place, not too busy or touristy and stunning. The apartment was lovely, met our needs perfectly and the proximity to the pool was brilliant. The roof top terrace a real bonus - although needs better lighting at night! We will be back I think, it’s a special place

A lovely stay in a very nice apartment in a great location.

Apartment met all expectations and had everything we could need. Had a lovely view over the very quiet pool area and then onto Tavira itself. Tavira is a great place with lots of bars and restaurants with spectacular beaches within easy reach on a lovely boat trip on which we saw beautiful Flamingos on the salt flats. Town is easily accessed from the apartment by a short 10/15 minute walk along the river. However this does involve 108 steps which is great going down and manageable coming back. Surrounding coastal area is fabulous (Cacela Velha) and is certainly worth a visit. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Great location and bright apartment

This apartment is located an easy walk into the old town of Tavira and close to restaurants. We loved the brightness of the apartment and the outdoor spaces. It was an ideal location for getting out of town on our bikes (which was the main reason for our visit). Gail is a wonderful owner/host and very attentive. Any concerns are dealt with in a timely fashion. We would stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality Gail.

Everything but the little things...

This place has it all - the view from the fabulous rooftop terrace equipped with loungers, BBQ and dining area, large clean pool, the comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful big bathrooms and electronic blackout blinds. BUT, where is the Portuguese welcome we were expecting - bottle of wine, bread, cheese that our friends enjoyed at their place? We couldnt even find salt and pepper, no basic spices or condiments anywhere. This would have been REALLY nice, given that there is a large hill to navigate to the nearest store with no car. The master bedroom needs a queen or king bed since the room can certainly accomodate larger than the existing double. All the pillows need replacement with at least 2 per person in each bed room (flat and lumpy they all are). These little things would have elevated the place to where it claims to be price wise. Otherwise, a comfortable, lovely stay.

Fantastic

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment in Tavira from January 29 to February 13. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious living room with spacious kitchen with all amenities. There is a beautiful roof terrace with sun loungers and (gas) BBQ. We were kindly welcomed by the 'manager' Dulce and Joao who showed us around and had good tips for trips in the area. Furthermore, they were very helpful if something needed to be resolved, such as a defective coffee machine, great! We had very pleasant email exchanges with the owner, Gail, about the booking. The apartment is located on a hill and via a staircase you can reach the center of the beautiful and cozy town of Tavira with delicious restaurants in a 15-minute walk. We have been to Tavira many times, but always in a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and are going to book it for three weeks next year. We had an excellent holiday, partly due to our stay in this penthouse, Dulce, Joao and Gail, many thanks, Marije and Sjef (Netherlands)

Great location and deck

We had a fantastic time , rooftop deck was the best . The pool was very close for easy access and never busy . The proximity to the old town was perfect and driving around .and parking at the condo was very easy . The master suite could use a larger bed and a little update for the tap . A few little things like no garbage bags or laundry soap or dishwasher soap would help out . A good cleaning and window wash would be great . Overall we had a great time thank you Gail .
