The villa



The Circular Villa was designed from the original circular water tank that served the avocado orchard on the property. Today the circular form is now home to the heart of the villa: a large, open-plan American-style kitchen, dining area and lounge with a mezzanine floor above. The avocado orchard has been moved to the bottom of the land to make space for the spectacular garden and its unforgettable views.



Kitchen and dining area



The open-plan, circular American-style kitchen and dining area are designed for sociable meals with family or friends.

The dining table comfortably seats 6 people and there’s an additional breakfast bar that connects to the kitchen. Its high ceilings and circular form feel grand yet cosy.



The kitchen has everything you’ll need for a self-catering holiday, including:



• Dulce gusto coffee machine and Moka pot

• Bosch washing machine and dryer

• Oven and ceramic hob

• Cutlery and crockery

• Large fridge freezer

• Blender

• Kettle

• Toaster

• Microwave

• Wine fridge stocked with local wine (available to purchase)

• Dishwasher

• Sandwich toaster

• Plenty of pots, pans, glassware and cutlery.



There’s a separate utility room with a washing machine and clothes dryer and a W.C.



Two living rooms



Get cozy and enjoy the latest movies and series in the TV room with Smart TV with Netflix.



Relax in the reading room with a good book, listen to your favourite album on the Bose surround sound system or play a family board game with the doors to the garden open.



The TV room leads to the two bedrooms and bathrooms and the reading room is to the side of the kitchen/diner with sliding doors that open out to the outdoor dining area and garden.



Upstairs mezzanine level





Take the stairs up from the dining room and you’ll reach an open, bright and versatile space with two chairs that convert into single beds, a table that’s perfect for working or studying and lots of shelving space.



This space can be used as a third bedroom, office, study, playroom or space to do yoga and meditation.



Garden and barbeque terrace



A slice of paradise with luscious greenery, beautiful local flora and fauna, and stunning views of the volcano Teide, the Atlantic Ocean, the coast and the valley.



Relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi, heated to 30ºC/86ºF and treated with bromine (more gentle on your skin than chlorine). The villa is equipped with thick 100% cotton bathrobes for when you get out of the Jacuzzi, adding to that spa feeling.

There’s an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a large grass lawn to relax on and enjoy the sunshine, birdsong and the most spectacular sunsets on the island.



Enjoy long, lazy lunches on the shaded decked terrace with a dining table and comfortable chairs for 6 people and a gas barbeque.



Main bedroom



Enter the master bedroom through the large walk-in closet, with plenty of space to hang your clothes and store your belongings.



There is an extra large double bed (180 x 200 cm) made with 100% white cotton linen, bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed and a vanity desk.



The windows look out onto the garden and are dressed with opaque blinds - perfect for when you want to sleep in a little longer in the morning.



En-suite bathroom



The en-suite bathroom has a large bathtub and a fantastic walk-in shower to soothe those muscles after a day of hiking the surrounding trails.



There is a double sink, bidet and toilet and a luxurious marble and stone finish.



Second bedroom



The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), wardrobes, a vanity desk and windows that look out to the garden with opaque blinds.



En-suite bathroom



The second bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and storage space.

Our check-in time starts at 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am.



Online check-in before arrival



As per the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their ID before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.



Towels, linen and professional cleaning



We take pride in ensuring that our villa is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.

We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.



You will have one bath towel, one hand towel, one beach towel, and one cotton robe per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.



Mid-stay cleaning



If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.



Parking



Private parking is available inside the property for your convenience.



Jacuzzi



Our outdoor Jacuzzi is heated to a comfortable temperature of between 30ºC/86ºF and 35ºC/95ºF for your enjoyment.



Families



We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €25 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.



Remote working



If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.



The local area - La Matanza de Acentejo



La Matanza de Acentejo is a peaceful area known for its winemaking tradition, where some of the best wines on the island are produced. The villa is located in a peaceful residential area with a few great restaurants within walking distance. In a few minutes, you’re on the main highway (TF-5) but there’s absolutely no noise or sight of it from the villa or garden.



The municipality has all the essential services such as supermarkets, weekend farmers' markets selling seasonal local produce (cheese, meat, fruit, vegetables, cakes, local honey, jams and the famous mojo sauce), excellent local restaurants and much more.



Less than 5 minutes drive away are the well-known Casa del Vino (wine museum) and Casa de la Miel (honey museum) where you can explore the rich cultural heritage of this famous Canary produce. Wine lovers can also explore nearby Bodegas Monje. The winery also hosts cultural, gastronomic and leisure activities uniting cultural trends with its rich heritage.
