Masseria Profilo is located in the countryside of Monopoli, in a district named Cozzana, famous for the presence of many ancient and magnificent villas. It is composed by 2 buildings, with 6 bathrooms and a beautiful swimming pool. Masseria Profilo can host up to 12 guests.
Masseria Profilo is an ancient rural building located in the wide park of Villa Profilo. A long promenade of 400 meters separates the two locations, both with independent entrances, so that guests have their own privacy. The big swimming pool, framed by the luxuriant nature, is halfway of this promenade and it is in sharing with the owners.
Masseria Profilo is composed by two buildings, one very big and the other one a little bit smaller. The big building, dating back to 1700, has a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious dining room. It consists of one double bedroom with private bathroom, two rooms with single beds and private bathroom and, on the upper floor, one more room with single beds and a bathroom.
The smaller building, obtained from what has once been a stable, has been entirely restored for residential purposes and it offers a large double bedroom with its own bathroom and a kitchenette, a bright and wide room with two single beds and a private bathroom and, on the upper floor, a tiny double room. Guests can communicate with each other through a domestic interphone placed in each room.
The heating system and the chimney for wintertime and the thick walls isolating from the hot air in summer, make the Masseria an all season place to live in.
Guests have at their own disposal outdoor furniture and a stone BBQ.
The Masseria has its own entrance from a gate in the street Lama di Macina opening to a patio where guests can park their cars.
We will welcome you at your arrival and we will be at your disposal for the whole stay and for any further info or suggestion of what to visit, where to go or what to do.
Check-in is from 3pm to 9pm. All late arrivals after 9pm will be charged with an extra cost of 20 euros to pay cash at check in.
Check-out is maximum at 10am.

Cozzana is a district in the town of Monopoli, about 40 km distant from Bari. It is located on the top of the hill and for this reason, it has a comfortable temperature all year round, with cool summers and mild winters. Cozzana is famous for the presence of many ancient and luxurious villas built in the 17th and 18th century as holiday houses for the aristocratic families of Monopoli, where they spent the warmest months of the year in the shade of the centuries-old trees.
Monopoli is situated on the Adriatic coast and is characterized by low jagged cliffs alternated with small sand bays. A little bit further on the south, lies Capitolo, a beautiful place with long and sandy shores. Here you can find many equipped beaches with restaurants, umbrellas and sunbeds, pedal boats to rent, sport areas and night discos. Monopoli is a city that lives in the sea and comes from the sea. Its old town represents a strong charm due to the presence of the many restaurants and taverns where you can taste a wide range of fish dishes.
