The finca is very tastefully modern and comfortably furnished and has a private 10 m x 5 m swimming pool which is surrounded by a huge sun terrace, lots of lawn and a wonderfully landscaped garden where up to 8 guests can simply feel at home.

The property is completely fenced and entry is through an automatically operated gate. With around 320m2 of living space spread over two floors, we find a total of 4 bedrooms, of which 3x double bed and 1x with single beds, each bedroom has its own bathroom en suite, and there is also an additional guest toilet.

The living-dining room with satellite TV and WiFi internet has its own access to the covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool and the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster and there is a laundry room with washing machine. The house is completely air-conditioned and has heating, making it perfect for the slightly cooler months.

The location of the finca is really fantastic, the center of Alcudia with its picturesque streets, bars and good restaurants can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes and you can even reach the beach of “Barcares” from the property in about 10-15 minutes on foot.
