Can not wait to come back !!

The property was just as described on VRBO. It was very clean and convenient to the laundry room, pool, beach and of course the tiki bar (lol ). We loved it here, the owner was awesome and very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We just can not say enough about our experience, thank you Ana and we can not wait to come back !!!

Worn out beds and outdated furniture

The mattresses on both beds are old and worn out. The furniture is outdated. There is NO closet to hang clothes. Owner has locked the door supposedly do to a water leak that damaged the closet but was never fixed. We tried to contact the owner about moving to a different room but got NO response. There was 4 cheap scratchiest towels and wash cloths for an entire week. There was a red ant colony outside the patio door. We left a message to the owner and NOTHING was done about it. I would NOT recommend staying in this room. The owner doesn’t care about the tenants and only wants your money. Stay clear of this room and owner.

Great unit itself, but the entire building is outdated

The first floor unit is impressive. It’s beautifully decorated (wife LOVED the beach themed decorations and bedspreads) and our family loved only having the pool and huge deck separating us from the beach. As we left the resort each time to go out and explore, we had to go through a hallway and out the front lobby. The hallway smelled like mildew, the carpet is stained and outdated. The elevators are shaky and dirty. Not once did we see any type of housekeeping employees. Near the floor 2-4 elevator, there were two leaks and buckets were placed for the dripping water. We went not realizing we’d have to deal with college spring breakers. EVERY day of our trip, weather permitting, from noon until 4PM there were HUNDREDS of people on the pool deck, DJ was spinning, music was blaring and drinks were flowing. We have an almost 7 year old child. If we were any other set of parents, we probably would’ve had an issue with our stay & would’ve tried to find other accommodations. They didn’t bother us and we didn’t bother them. Overall, we had a great stay & we’d probably book again through the same listing. Would we book through the actual resort? Probably not, but we’ve had a great experience through this privately owned condo at the Hawaiian Inn.

Great property

We loved being able to walk out the sliding door to the pool area and down to the beach. The waves are great on this beach and the sand was very soft.

Vacation 2022

We were extremely happy with our entire experience. We arrived late in the evening & the TV didn't work. I sent a message to the Office the next morning. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Jason. He came over within the hour. Left a new TV. The room was clean & comfortable. Which made for an awesome vacation. We are truly impressed. Perfect Location

Ground level floor in the perfect location for a family with teenagers on the go. The husband and I sat by the pool and was able to keep an eye on the kids all day without worry. The place was spacious and clean!

Not good

Terrible communication with the property owner owner. Left several messages several times with no response. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. 2 out of the 4 days we stayed had plumbing problems not due to the property owner but made things difficult... Also Couldn't get the air conditioning on And the heat kept running. Didn't know it was because of the furnace system in the building but lack of communication could have Clarified that.

Nice room

The room itself was very nice . However, you walk out of the patio door and all you can smell is pot. The hotel needs some updating , but again the room was nice. I liked being able to come and go and not have to check in at the desk.

Room is ideally located on pool deck. Super clean and the key to the glass door was awesome. The bathroom has no ventilation so I got a fan from the ace hardware down the street and that did the trick. Would've booked the room again for 2022 but it was already taken.

Hawaiian inn- oceanfront

It is a great located condo. It is nice for days at beach and relaxing. We attended the Polynesian Fire show and what a great surprise! It was a blast and an extra bonus that we could just walk down the hall! The property is older but for the price and oceanfront it was perfect.

Was not happy with the property manager. The only give you two set of towels I call her and told her we need towels she said to go wish them yourself we were staying there for 7 days I had to wash them myself and spent another 20 dollar also we found roaches we were very disappointed in the property manger we will not use her again we love the resort just not the property manager

This unit is very clean! We loved being on the first floor having the pool just steps from our patio! Room had everything we needed. We had a good time celebrating our anniversary and will book this unit again!

The floors are very slippery when wet really think unit should have a mat by back door to reduced slip chances. The building needs some love BUT THE UNIT is wonderful

Nice condo great view

Condo is in an older building but condo is extremely nice and clean. We loved being on ground level and could see out over the ocean. A couple small requests that would make it better would b Kleenex and maybe some beach chairs or towels but def not a deal breaker. Enjoyed our stay there
