Nice and comfortable.

Clean room. Good view of the pool deck and ocean. Music and swimming at night right outside our patio. Could not hear a think. Nice soundproofing. Went with my wife and 1 year old child. No issues. Pleasant stay! Week of relaxing and swimming is what we all needed

Beautiful view

We had a nice trip the location was beautiful. We had no issues checking in walked right in and up to the room. Over all a great stay!! There were a few things I wish could have been better. The bedding was very thin and with the ac on it was freezing in the room. Maybe a nice comforter or extra blankets would be a great addition.

I only wish there was a way to get extra toilet paper, paper towels. There was only 1 1/4 rolls of TP and with 4 people we went thru that quickly.

Had a great time. Not a lot of people but perfect weather for spring break. The beach was nice, poop area was great, and the bartender and food was good also. Recommend for sure.

Daytona Shores Vacation 2020

I selected this property because of the huge ocean deck, tikibar, and well-decorated room. I love the convenience of having somewhere for the kids to eat without me having to deal with that on vacation, my kids are teenagers so they eat non-stop. I also love that you can access the beach in minutes, right from the pool deck, as well as enjoy the view while in your room, or having a cocktail pool side. We were very pleased with our room, very clean, and up to date, however the hotel is another story. It is very old, out of date and needs some serious attention. The halls are dark and gloomy, not clean at all. The lobby seemed to be well kept, but out dated as well. There was an issue checking in, however I think this was my fault for not having the correct information and the front desk was absolutely NO help. Once they discover you are there through VRBO they want nothing to do with you. It's border-line disrespectful. I brought many supplies from home but didn't think about zip-lock bags and asked the front desk one day for a small bag for ice (to take in our cooler to the beach), they asked my room number and they said, "We don't supply anything to VRBO guest", I told them I understood that but could I please just have one small bag and I would purchase some myself later, they refused. I would MOST definitely stay at this location again, Ana was wonderful to work with and the room was perfect. Many kitchen supplies, I cooked several times in the room and had everything I needed. We loved the pool deck, as stated before, and the food and drinks at the bar were good. Just be aware that the staff at the hotel will give you a feeling of being "un-welcome", however we didn't let it bother us and would definitely put up with them again to stay here. We actually went for 9 days and decided to stay two more!! Wonderful vacation and have already started talking about next year, as we didn't get to do some things because of COVID 19 (EX: Universal Studios)

Hawaiian Inn VRBO

The room is exactly how it is listed. Its decorated beautifully and has everything you need. However, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, they should definitely be replaced. If you plan on watching TV at all the channels are very limited (but who stays in a resort on the beach and watches much TV?) In the 2 weeks we were there we had to empty the dehumidifier at least 15 times (not a huge deal but when it would beep to be emptied in the middle of the night it was a pain). We lost power once briefly but the generators kicked in quickly. The air conditioning wasn't working well for almost a week we were told they had ordered a part and that it should be fixed shortly, the owner Anastasia (who is sometimes hard to get a timely answer from)had her handyman bring us a fan which helped a lot. As far as the resort goes, the game room could use some TLC, the pool rules are not enforced nearly enough (people smoking and drinking IN the pool). The tiki bar and Cafe were really good, prices were fair too. The only other negative I have is the marijuana smell spilling into the hallway, our bathroom and we couldn't even enjoy our balcony at night because the smell was so strong. Overall though, we had a wonderful stay and if the above mentioned "negatives" are addressed I would definitely stay again.

It was as advertised, but!!!

The property is as we expected and advertised. Nice place & great view of the ocean & pols. We had an electrical problem (no power) in the bath & refrigerator. Talked to the Inn desk and was informed they can do nothing as the property is VRBO---should call the owner. Called Ana and left message--no response ever. Talked to the HOA manager and he was kind enough to contact the husband who gave permission to get an electrician. MY MESSAGE IS--DON'T CALL ANA, BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T RESPOND.

The room itself is great! Everything inside was clean and view was amazing. The property itself is sketchy until you enter the room. You can tell the lobby and portions of the property is outdated.

Great!!

Room was exactly as if appears. So cute! And the pool deck and tiki bar are awesome! Very affordable. There is a game room that perhaps could use a lil work, but it has an air hockey table, which was fun to me! And the hall ways are kinda rough, but if you aren't out at the pool or on the beach, then you are probably hanging on your balcony or out on the town, so rough hall ways are not a big deal. Quite a bit of fridge space for 2 people. Probably still a good amount for two adults and two kids. I was not a big fan of the "serenity pool" (indoor pool) because I felt like the water was a bit smelly ... and not of chlorine, but it would not stop be from coming back to stay. My friend felt like the wash clothes and towels were rough. Those were really our only complaints. Dave at the Tiki bar is the best. And while I did not try any of the food, it all smelled good and looked delicious! 5 stars!! I will very likely bring others to stay.

Not worth your money

I was not impressed with my our stay. There was so many negatives it almost made me want to go home early. I wish I had someone write how they felt because the pictures are misleading. The actual rental room was decorated nice, it was basic cleaned and it had supplies to make cooking on the stove top do able. There was only one trash bag for 4 days, no extras. The towels were hard and by the 2nd nigh we needed more because of all the sand. The beds were very hard. I was so sore. The facility in which the condo is located is discausting. Floors smelled like old water, smoke, and alcohol. The staff was rude. It rained everyday and when they did They places buckets to collect it in foryar. Yes they have a water leak! So what I’m trying to say overall is the room is pretty, the shower always had warm water but that’s the only positives to this rental. So don’t waste your money.

We enjoyed our vacation and hope to stay again next year! Our room was perfect and as pictured. The decor was perfect! Bright and airy. Perfect atmosphere with a beautiful view. My only suggestion is a sharp knife and cutting board if you plan to cook. The pool, tiki bar, and music everyday was great! We are ready to plan for next year. đŸ™ŒđŸ»

My husband and I stayed in this condo , was really decorated nice . The things they could be improved would be the towels , bigger refrigerator . The motel lobby could use some improvements along with the so called game room i, it was a mess . We still enjoyed our stay .

Awesome place!

Perfect location, lovely decor, condo had everything you could possibly need for 2 people! Only a few minor complaints that could easily be fixed- there were 2 beach chairs but one was broken. You could turn the air either on or off, but you weren't able to adjust the temperature. And there were some very tiny bugs on the counter, but after wiping it down with a clorox wipe there were only a few that would come back. Other than that, the place was perfect and the few issues we had were definitely bearable.

The view was amazing! But our bed slips were nasty, one even had burn marks! Lack of kitchen supplies. We only had 6 towels for 4 of us for a week! There were no rugs to wipe your feet on so our floor was always wet! The inside of the place was as pictured in the posting, but the hallways and lobby are creepy and old! The only great part was the view and being so close to the beach!
