Ocean Cottage 46 Ce cottage de 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain capture l'essence de la vie côtière. Cette maison est située dans la plus récente communauté de cabane de l'île de Jekyll, The Cottages at Jekyll Island et est habillée avec des vues sur l'océan. Ce chalet dispose de 2 suites principales, une par étage, et une chambre à lit double au deuxième étage offrant 4 lits superposés. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon qui, lorsqu'il est tiré et gonflé, peut confortablement dormir 2. Le premier étage abrite une cuisine ouverte, qui coule dans la salle à manger spacieuse et le salon principal. La cuisine est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable et d'un M. Cafetière. Ce chalet offre un accès facile à un garage hors cuisine. Hors du salon principal se trouve un porche filtré, parfait pour chaque saison. Le deuxième étage abrite l'une des deux suites principales, ainsi que la chambre à lits superposés. Le deuxième étage comprend également un petit coin salon et une buanderie spacieuse. Attaché à la suite principale du deuxième étage, un balcon blindé fait pour regarder le lever du soleil.
Ce chalet est le plancher "Osprey" et accueille 10.

GESTION SUR SITE

Accès à la plage: La poursuite du projet de réhabilitation du revêtement de recouvrement de Jekyll Island, dans l’État de Géorgie, a entraîné la perte temporaire de l’accès à la plage de l’eau le long de notre littoral. Il y a toujours un accès à la plage à marée haute, côté terre du revêtement de roche. Nous vous recommandons Driftwood Beach, situé au nord de The Cottages ou à seulement quelques minutes au sud en voiture de la région du parc Great Dunes.

Nous nous excusons pour tout inconvénient que cela pourrait causer pendant votre visite et apprécions votre sous-estimation de l'importance de ce projet.

The place was very nice for the most part. I inspected the place when we got there noted a couple minor issues that I reported to the local management company, as they asked. I send pics as well and got no acknowledgment. I had also sent them an email with questions about the place before we got there and they never answered.Place was nice and clean nice view of the Ocean. Stayed for 10 days typically we get a discount for a weeks stay when we have booked before, none with this place, disappointing.

Jekyll Island Get Away

The place was great. Nicely presented and wonderful location. We biked and enjoyed all the island has to offer. Everything was close by and the sunrise each day was amazing.

Wonderful Cristmas

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in cottage 46. The cottage is nicely decorated, the sleeping accommodations are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the view is beautiful, and the location is perfect for enjoying the historic district and the beaches. Nearby Driftwood is a must-see.

Nice House With Ocean View

Our family enjoyed staying here. Bikes in the garage were a plus. My grandchildren enjoyed the community pool and pool table. Neighborhood was very quiet; we had a wonderful time.

What a great property- perfect location and family friendly!

This was such an awesome property. With two master suites and a third bedroom with bunk beds for the littles, it was the perfect accommodation for our two families. The house itself was very clean and tastefully done, the ocean view absolutely stunning. In the garage were beach chairs, bikes and helmets which was such a nice surprise. The additional amenities of workout facility and pool were a great plus. I highly recommend this rental!

Relaxing Long Weekend

Jekyll is our annual family fall beach trip and we discovered the Cottages a few years ago. This was our first year staying on a beach front home and loved it! The walk normally to the beach is very easy especially with littles but the access points were closed due to storm damage. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the porch and balcony to experience the calmness and beauty. We’ll definitely be back!

Best place on the island

The home was very nice, having the three bedrooms and three full baths was a huge plus. Having the buck room was awesome for the kids. Alot of the homes did not have bucks for kids, so this was an A+ for us. The kitchen was fully stocked! I would add a hand mixer of some type for mixing pancakes batter and maybe a different cleaning pads for some of the pots and pans. But this was a wonderful, restful and enjoying vacation for our family of 6. Thank you for letting us stay and for all your help prior to us leaving.

Excellent experience

This house is everything you want and need in a true beach house. Over the top equipped kitchen with every gadget you'd need for some great cooking. Only comment would be the listing itself is short on details such as it has a grill and many beach toys and boogie boards, etc., has a hair dryer, more detail the better! House was very comfortable and had plenty of room, rugs getting a little worn looking. More detail needed by cleaning crew, need to vacuum or sweep outdoor carpet and a few cobwebs were present. Had a great time and would recommend!

Jekyll Island Memorial Weekend

Best...lowcountry...beach house...ever! My wife and I have been taking our kids to the lowcountry for years everywhere from Hilton Head to Amelia Island. This was by far the best lowcountry vacation we've ever taken! The overall island and this property are phenomenal. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garage full of bikes and beach toys, a killer pool and clubhouse, and a beach boardwalk over the dunes you will not find a better lowcountry beach house to rent in this price range. You get the best of both worlds with the Historic Wharf area on the west side and the new contemporary area on the east side. And there are lots of great restaurants and activities for kids of all ages. We will definitely be back very soon! The Bulot Family Milton/Atlanta, G-A

Great jekyll cottage!!

We loved our time staying here! It was a beautiful home in a wonderful community with direct access to the beach. It was perfectly sized to bring 9 people and we still had enough room to spread out. We stayed here for the annual GA/FL football game. So sadly we didn’t spend much time out in the community, but the pool and club house were great! The house came with great perks (such as bikes) but really lacked on basic necessities. There were just enough towels, but no extras and no beach towels (and no laundry detergent to wash your towels if you needed). There were also only 3 trash bags, 2 dish washing pods, and only one roll of toilet paper/paper towels. For the price of this cottage I really expected more out of the basic necessities. Overall a great experience though!

Off season family gathering

Beautiful condo with waterfront views from two excellent balconies. Lots of space for seven people, bunk beds worked well for the younger set. Three and a half bathrooms were more than adequate. We enjoyed seeing the sights on Jekyll Island and a picnic at one of the many areas near the beach. An enjoyable experience for all.

Great vacation

Jeckyll Island is excellent for quiet family vacation. The house is on the water, but I would not list it, as a "Beach front house" . It is a house right the water with great views. And very close to the beach. The neighborhood sits behind a sea wall. It appears, through 2020 the seawall and adjacent beach line is under construction allowing NO direct access to the water or (the limited low tide) beach. You will be driving to get to the public access beach area - which is great by the way... I don't see how, even after the construction the beach will be accessible there. the tide stayed right up to the sea wall during most of our stay. The management company is fantastic! Tad was extremely responsive to a strange tankless water heater issue in the upstairs shower. Water would intermittently stop after about 7-8 min of shower time. He sent a plumber by - but of course it did not act up. Understanding that plumbing problems are sometime difficult and time consuming to trace down, we left it alone and just took quick showers or used the downstairs shower. The house is perfect. I envy the owners of the house - they have impeccable taste in decor and provided everything. Only neutral comment is change out the electric stove with gas - that surface top thing was a bear to cook on. And I would advise guests to bring extra towels, but otherwise, we did not find anything missing that we needed. A+ on the house, neighborhood and vacation.

Best Kept Secret

What a great week! Never having been to Jekyll before, we were reluctant. But, moments after crossing the bridge, it was obvious that this was a classy place. In short, it had something for everyone- nature and relaxation. The cottage was stunning. Very clean and ready for our arrival, nothing would have improved the situation. It was very hard to leave.

Best Thanksgiving Yet!

Accommodations were spectacular and spacious! Beautiful view of the ocean when we awoke in the morning. We actually cooked our Thanksgiving meal at the house and found the kitchen to be amply supplied with all of the cooking tools we needed. We love Jekyll Island and love this location. Great for bike riding and convenient to all of our favorite activities to do on the island. Highly recommend this lovely home for a family gathering. A big "Thank you" to the owners from the Maser Family!

Perfect place to gather and kickback!

This is a gorgeous, well maintained spacious property, right on the beach. All amenities you can think of were available either in the property itself, or close by. Everything is exactly as described on VRBO, which is where I booked. The house was immaculate, it has a two-tier deck (gorgeous sunrise views), beds are comfortable, I was told the sofa-bed was also comfortable, the decor is coordinated and pleasant, the appliances are all high-end, and there is a great array of cookware, crockery, and silverware, and there is a grill! The team were responsive to my emails sent once I arrived. Linen and house in general was clean and fresh which is very important to me and my party. Without doubt I would recommend this property and beautiful location. Thank you Allison!

Nice and peaceful getaway!

Ocean Cottage 46 was great! We enjoyed being on the ocean and so close to the pool. All of the beds were super comfortable and lots of space for everyone to enjoy. My only complaints are that all the rugs and bath mats needed to be cleaned through out the house and they needed a colander and pasta utensil in the kitchen. If we come back to Jekyll Island we would stay at the Cottages again.
