Réveillez-vous avec les vues sur l'océan Atlantique! Ce condo est sur un plancher bas! Situé au coeur de Myrtle Beach! Marchez vers le parc d'attractions Family Kingdom, The Boardwalk et le parc aquatique Splashes! Très bien situé au centre de tout à Myrtle Beach! Cette suite de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains offre une vue panoramique panoramique depuis le 3ème étage à Myrtle Beach. Cette suite comprend une chambre et une salle de bains privées avec une baignoire à jets de jardin et un lit king-size dans la 2ème chambre avec sa propre salle de bain. Les murs de verre de la suite offrent une vue à 180 degrés. Suite King 2BR extrêmement relaxante sur l'océan Atlantique! Une suite avec vue sur l'océan, l'autre suite avec vue sur le Grand Strand. Nous sommes impatients de voir pourquoi nous aimons cet endroit!

Beautiful views of the ocean AND main strip. Balcony is wrap around and very nice. Parking was easy and always available steps away from condo. Beds were very comfortable.

Great family vacation home

Fantastic view from the moment you wake up until you close your eyes at night. Family loved the pools and easy beach access as well as how close to everything we were. Condo had everything we needed for a week long stay. Only issue we had was the fitted sheets not staying on the mattress properly. Would definitely stay again!

Room view was spectacular!

The room view was beautiful. Couple issues with the place being the sheets on the beds were not big enough and the corners popped off all night. Might want to bring your own king fitted sheet. Also the outdoor pool area was under construction during our stay and we were not informed if this before booking or arriving. The kitchen was lacking also so be prepared to buy or bring more than you’d think. Also no working vacuum to keep the place tidy while you’re there.

Condo

The condo itself is nice, great design, lots of space, good view of the ocean and town (street). But it's ran down, not clean. Windows including the glass between balcony and room were very dirty. Kitchen seemed clean until we took the silverware out and saw how dirty was under them, full of crumbs. Black marks on the walls all over. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. We will not be renting this place again.

Relaxing and Refreshing

My husband and I wanted a place we could drink coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. This place delivered! We also watched dolphins each morning from 7 to 9 am after the sunrise. It was calming, relaxing, clean and user friendly. We walked the beach and boardwalk. We visited Hollywood at the Beach. We could walk everywhere we needed to go except the grocery store. We took an Uber for that. Uber was avaliable within 5 min. The only struggle we had (which the rental owners have no control over) was the strong smell of Marijuana from the neighbors that weekend. We loved the ablitly to use a washer and dryer. The kitchen was easy to cook in ( some pans are for sure not non stick, beware). Coffee cups were cute. Plenty of space for the two of us...and we would have had plenty of space if we had brought our 3 children. Highly recommended River City Cafe for burgers. Best burgers hands down and a cute little place to visit. Would recommended this rental and would be a return customer.

This was a bad stay. Those nice, inviting sea foam colored bedspreads? Nope, they’re old floral prints. Look like they’re from the 80s. One had what appeared to be fresh stains. Mold in the bathroom. Dirty microwave, lamp, etc, Hope for some privacy in the front bedroom? Good luck, door doesn’t close. To their credit, I complained enough that they refunded 2/3 of my nights so I could find a new place. They may say they won’t refund, but stick to your guns and send them pictures of your complaints. PS pretty sketchy area, wasn’t comfortable letting wife or friends outside alone after dark

With two little ones (2.5 & 6m) we were thrilled to find a condo with two bedrooms, a great ocean view, kiddie pool, & washer/dryer. While the above mostly stood true, the pluses stopped there. It wasn’t what we expected at all based on other reviews & photos and should have done our homework. Pictures are clearly from years ago when originally purchased. The condo was cleaned prior to arrival but just did not feel comfortable or very clean (pink mold in master tub and black mold on shower curtain, dirt/sand buildup in corners, hair on sheets/comforters and smell of cologne (we washed all bedding before sleeping), lamp shades were broken, crooked, & stained, finger prints on furniture, some lights not working at all, crumbs under furniture, older dark carpet throughout ..) The building itself isn’t great, it’s more of a hotel with some privately owned units. We had issues with keycards not working consistently to gain access to the building & didn’t like that parking was only available across the street, making unloading & loading difficult and our car wound up with a deep scratch on the passenger door. The location is rough, I didnt feel comfortable walking the block or two for ice cream or to visit the pier with two babies in two. All in all, the place would have been fine if we were college students on spring break, but we would never recommend for a family with young kids.

Hi Ben I feel a bit betrayed by the email communication we exchanged during your trip. You stated things were wonderful and great. If things are not perfect we send our cleaners back out to fix things you are not happy with. Tons of families stay here each year and feel totally safe. I bring my little one myself to vacation. I am totally surprised and taken back by your review. So sorry your time wasnt pleasant, it I do believe you came during senior week. I love this condo as do many other families we have. The pictures are recent as are the appliances. The refrigerator was just purchased along with the stove. I will have lamps replaced and speak to cleaning company as we are in the middle of switching. Thank you so much for your feedback. I take it to heart as we are always trying to improve and create a wonderful experience.

The Worst Property Ever Don’t Do It!!!

I am not sure why the reviews are so high but this rental was a total unsanitary mess. The conditions were so bad we didn’t even stay. I suggest you remove the linens first and the secrets will be revealed. Let’s start with the bed. The mattresses were stained in both rooms… one that looked like a huge blood stain on it while the other mattress looked like a huge pee stain or some sort of bodily fluid. The pillows with linen removed was totally filthy with brown stains all over. The furniture appears to be white on the pictures but it was dingy and stained. The lamp shades are stained and unkept. Remotes had missing batteries so that meant no TV. The ocean view was nice minus the dingy windows. When I tried to reach out to the property manager no resolve was offered from her personally only a person to clean up from one of her staff?? However there is no way these problems could have been solved by housekeeping, a complete remodel with new mattresses and furniture was what was needed! I attempted to contact the manager for weeks afterwards in addition to the VRBO staff and nothing was done by either party, no refund or compensation was offered. My advice to you is to save your money because the pictures on this website is false advertising period!! I have the true pictures of the filthy mess and if I could I would post them.

Be aware of BigFish

The property owner is all about money and not customer service. They offer no refunds and what they should really tell you up front and do not is that they want you to send them photo copies of your driver license and credit card. That is a red flag and issue for me because it is not safe or secure or really necessary. I would not have booked the room had I know that up front. If you don't send it, they say you can't access your room instead of just letting you have your money back and book elsewhere. They sent me a email stating the room was available a day before if wanted to arrive one day early. I said sure but for adding a day to my reservation I would like to check in before 4pm and not pay the fee. I thought that was a reasonable request but you cannot checkin BEFORE 4PM under any circumstance unless you pay. The location isn't bad and you are right on the beach. The property isn't well maintained or nice but everything does work. The rooms are pretty beat up, damage is visible all over but from a distance it looks nice. I had a multiroom rental. One of the rooms did not have a door on it. I am not sure how they did not know this or thought that it was acceptable. I called and asked for one, I was told someone would be out later with a door, no one ever showed and a door never arrived. For a whole week, I had zero privacy. They did not offer me a new room, nor did they offer any compensation, they should said that they would speak to the team which does me no good.

Find another property

Washer and dryer didn’t work owners didn’t seem to care about getting it fixed Called and said they couldn’t promise it would be fixed by end of the stay and we were there five nights and had to do laundry at the laundry mat twice. They clearly knew it didn’t work because there’s previous reviews stating the same and they don’t have the decency to tell you it’s broken. i’m sure they are making enough money to replace it. Never heard anything back from them our entire stay! Very poor service! the ceilings in the bathrooms are peeling the trash can in the bathroom was dirty and smelled . One of the bathrooms had an aweful fish smell when we arrived. You can only bathe in one of the tubs because the stopper is broken in the front bathroom and the water would drain out. they drill you about keeping the place clean or you’d be charge for damn near everything, including early check in and check out but the area inside the laundry closet was a disgrace! they provide the cheapest vacuum they can that barely picks up anything. I even emailed about the vacuum because we were using vacuum seal bags and i wanted to know if i could reuse them. She said the property had a vacuum but didn’t specify that there was no way to use vacuum bags. Arrived to find a cheap stick vacuum unsafe plugs in the floor. we had to buy plug covers to keep our toddlers safe Most condos have basics for cooking such as salt and pepper at least. Plan to buy everything! they didn’t even have pot holders Both bathrooms had a nice start of two rolls of tissue and hand soap For two king beds they provide two of the worst pillows. they look like something for a toddler bed. We had to go and purchase pillows just to sleep comfortably. Best thing about the property was the amount of space in the condo, the quick elevators and my three year old loved the pool If you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor and don’t Find a private owner and avoid a company like this one We will never stay at this property again

Growing up in rural North Carolina, our family tradition included visits to Myrtle Beach, and I treasured every moment. Currently, my husband and I are proud owners of a high-rise condo in Raleigh, NC.
