Notre élégante maison italienne de 3 chambres (avec une dépendance de 2 chambres) est située entre les cerisiers, les oliviers et les amandiers. Vues spectaculaires sur la campagne. À 25 minutes en voiture de la ville historique d'Alberobello, à 10 minutes de Castellana Grotte, à 10 minutes de Polignano, à 30 minutes d'Otranti, Trani, Locorotondo et à 15 minutes de la ville de Monopoli, de la côte adriatique et des plages. À proximité de 2 destinations Ryanair Bari et Brindisi. Venez goûter au soleil, à la cuisine et au merveilleux vin des Pouilles.

A wonderful house in a wonderful location

From the beginning the communication with our host Graziano was smooth and timely. He took a lot of care to give us all the indications for a safe arrival and once we were there, what a pleasant surprise!!!. The house is HUGE, much bigger than in the description, spotless, with all the confort that one would desire and located in a wonderful place among olives groves . To get there from Monopoli we took a road that is one of the most beautiful in the area. And don Antonio, Graziano''s father overwhelmed us with his generosity (cherries from his garden, Negroamaro and Primitivo wines and the best olive oil that I ever taste!!). Grazie don Antonio per la sua generosita. Grazie Graziano for making us feel rreally at home in your house. We don't know yet when we will be back in Puglia but definitely we will come back to you. We highly recommed this property to everyone who wants to visit this enchanting region. P.S. A detail that has its importance.The house has in its vicinity (3 km) an ''Alimentari'' store that its open all day (until 10 pm) which I found amazing, considering the 4 hours Italian siesta and a very good and good value trestaurant.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé nos vacances dans les Pouilles durant le mois de juillet 2019. Les échanges avec Graziano ont été très bons dès le départ et nous avons été très sympathiquement accueillis par Antonio, son père qui habite non loin de l'habitation. Nous étions 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 enfants). La maison présente 2 chambres distinctes, 1 salle de bains et 1 salon incluant la cuisine. Il y a un vaste espace à l'extérieur pour y garer la voiture, faire jouer les enfants, faire un barbecue,... La maison est plutôt bien située pour découvrir la partie centrale des Pouilles (Monopoli, Polignano, Bari, Taranto, Ostuni, Alberobello, Matera,...) ainsi que de belles plages (au sud de Monopoli). La voiture est obligatoire pour faire tous ces trajets. Antonio a été très sympathique, souriant durant l'ensemble du séjour, toujours disponible et généreux. La maison présente un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour une famille qui recherche des vacances de qualité à un coût plutôt faible. Merci encore à Graziano et Antonio pour nous avoir permis la découverte de cette magnifique région.

Super 👍

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, maison à la campagne entourée d oliviers, maison spacieuse, nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants nous n étions pas les uns sur les autres. grande terrasse, commodités+++. L accueil par Antonio fort sympathique. Accueillis avec une excellente bouteille d huile d olives et de vin. Merci également pour avoir trouvé, sur la table de la terrasse, le soir ou matin des œufs. Dans la maison nous n avons pas souffert de la grosse chaleur malgré les 35 à 39 degrés extérieur. La maison est bien située, proche des sites fabuleux à visiter, inutile de faire de nombreux kilomètres. Je recommande vivement cette location. Merci encore. Je pense que nous renouvellerons cette agréable expérience. MarieH et Pierre

Very nice house and convenient location.

Very nice house located in a small village among wonderful fields of olive trees. We received a very warm welcome, the house we rented is very recent and quiet (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children), has a nice terrace and is perfectly furnished and equiped (thanks for the linen and towels). 15 min from the very nice Monopoli and Pulignano cities, and within reasonable driving distance from the beach. Many wonderful touristic locations around (less than 1h drives). We had a great experience and we certainly recommend this house.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à la villa Borghèse. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, très bien équipée et très propre. Une belle terrasse ombragée permet de manger dehors,avec vue sur le magnifique jardin planté d'oliviers.Tout correspondait à nos attentes. Le propriétaire, Antonio a été d'une très grande gentillesse, l'accueil était de qualité malgré que nous ne parlions pas trop l'Italien ! Toujours disponible et prévenant, nous avons été très satisfait ! La région est magnifique, beaucoup de villes et de sites à visiter aux alentours. Oui je recommanderai cette location à des amis, et j'espère bien moi même y retourner !

Excellente adresse

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison spacieuse et propre, dans un calme très appréciable. Située à quelques minutes de la mer, elle est aussi très proche de sites intéressants : Matera, Castel del Monte, Lecce, la vallée des Trulli... Merci aux propriétaires pour le vin, l'huile d'olive et les courses qu'ils avaient déposé dans le réfrigérateur à notre attention. Sans aucun doute une adresse à recommander !

Vacanza in Puglia

La casa di cui siamo stati ospiti, è situata appena alle spalle di Monopoli, immersa nella tipica campagna pugliese, ricca di ulivi e piante da frutto, dove ci si può rilassare nel silenzio che la circonda. I luoghi da visitare sono tanti e tutti a non più di 10/20 minuti, tra questi: Poliganano a Mare; Alberobello; Castellana Grotte; Monopoli. Raccomando questa proprietà per chi vuole stare con la propria famiglia o amici perchè riesce a sposare tranquillità e comodità nonchè facile accessibilità a vari servizi, in quanto a pochi minuti di macchina si possono trovare: supermercato; bar; ristoranti e pizzerie; tabacchi e tutto quello che può servire per restare in vacanza tranquilli. Il Sig. Borghese è una persona disponibile e gentile, non posso che ringraziarlo e segnalare la sua proprietà come comoda e confortevole e raccomandarla fortemente a chi vuole una bella esperienza in Puglia.

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung im apulischen Hinterland

Die Anreise hat perfekt funktioniert, grazianos Vater hat uns sehr herzlich im Empfang genommen. Wir wurden mit selbst gemachten wein und Olivenöl empfangen. Die Wohnung ist groß mit einer schönen großen Sonnenterrasse. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet inklusive Gasherd, Ofen, Spülmaschine. Monopoli ist mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Insgesamt ein perfektes Domizil.

Casa molto fresca in virtù dei muri molto spessi. Silenziosa e riposante! Dotata di ogni comfort.

Sig. Antonio gentilissimo e disponibile. La location, sebbene non vicinissima al mare, offre silenzio e natura a profusione, immersa tra gli ulivi della Puglia. La posizione è strategica per le escursioni nei dintorni: dai Trulli di Alberobello alle Grotte di Castellana. Il mare è raggiungibile in poco tempo, da Monopoli a Polignano a mare. Non meno importanti i servizi come i negozi di alimentari, il supermercato e finanche la palestra, per gli amanti del fitness 😊 Da ripetere!

Schönes Haus auf dem Land - gut und günstig

Wir verbrachten eine unvergessliche Urlaubswoche in VIRBO / Apulien und hatten die kleinere Wohnung ( Nr. 2 ) gemietet. Man kann sie auch als eine Doppelhaus - Hälfte bezeichnen. Die Wohnung ( großzügiger Wohn- Essbereich mit einem Schlafsofa - ein Elternschlafzimmer - zweites Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbatten - Bad/Dusche ) ist geräumig und absolut gut und modern ausgestattet. Uns hat es dort an nichts gefehlt. Von der Wohnküche hat man Zugang zu der Terrasse und kann sich beim Frühstück von der Morgensonne verwöhnen lassen. Von dort führen ein paar Stufen zum großen Hof hinab, der mit einem eisernen Tor abgeschlossen und als privater Parkplatz genutzt werden kann. Unser Kontakt mit Graziano (Vermieter) und seinen Eltern Antonio und Maria war ausgesprochen herzlich. Auch wenn man, wie wir, erst spät am Abend anreist, wird man von Antonio freundlich begrüßt und in das Haus eingewiesen. Wir waren in der letzten Aprilwoche dort und haben uns sehr über die Fußbodenheizung und die Ruhe im Haus gefreut. Unser Lieblingslokal war das ca. 4 km entfernte Ristorante Il Piatto Fumante direkt an der SP 237 kurz vor Castellana Grotte. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb mit freundlichem Personal und sehr guter und preiswerter Küche, auch mittags geöffnet.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft für 2 Familien in der "Villa Borghese" in Monopoli

Wir sind als 2 Familien (10 Personen) nach Monopoli gereist, wo wir an dem wunderschönen Ort "Villa Borghese" residierten. Befor wir allerdings dort ankamen, glaubten wir zu 10 in einem großen Haus zusammen zu wohnen, wurden jedoch extrem positiv überrascht, als wir dort ankamen und jede Familie ihre eigene Unterkunft hatte. Die beiden Häuser sind separat direkt schräg gegenüber von einander. Das eine kleinere Haus kann 4-5 Personen beherbergen und das Größere bietet Platz für 6-7 Urlauber. Da wir 4 und 6 Personen waren passte das für uns perfekt und jede Familie hatte ihr Privatsphäre. Beide Häuse sind einfach eingerichtet, aber dennoch sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben den Vermieter nicht kennengelernt, aber sein Vater nahm uns liebevoll in Empfang und zeigte uns alles Notwendige, obwohl wir sehr spät Abends erst ankamen. In jedem der beiden Häuser stand ein Flasche Wein und ein Kanister Olivenöl, alles selbstgemacht, bereit um uns zu begrüßen. Der Kühlschrank war mit frischen Wasser befüllt. Jedes Haus hat eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Der Vater des Vermieters kam ein oder zweimal vorbei um die Pflanzen zu gießen und zu sehen, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung sei. Ansonsten wurden wir ganz uns selbst überlassen, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, sehr ruhig und keineswegs touristisch. Um den Stand zu erreichen braucht man ein Auto und es dauert ca. 20-25 Minuten um tatsächlich am Strand zu liegen, was sich für uns jedoch keineswegs als Problem dargestellt hat. Um Lebensmittel einzukaufen können wir den ca. 7 Minuten weit entfernten "Euro Spin" sehr empfehlen, der gute Produkte zu günstigen Preisen anbietet, ähnlich wie Aldi oder Lidl. Das Wetter war absolut fantastisch. Meistend hatten wir um die 30°C, keinen Regen und keine Schwüle. Ein leichter Wind machte den Aufenthalt in der Sonne immer sehr angenehm. Alles in Allem können wir die "Villa Borghese" jedem sehr empfehlen, der an einem ruhigen, nicht zu touristischen, Ort interessiert ist und mit Kindern reist. Wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Beautiful stay in Monopoli "Villa Borghese"

We traveled as two families (ten people) to Monopoli and stayed in this wonderful place "Villa Borghese". Before we got to Monopoli we thought that we would share one big house all together but when we arrived we were positively surprised to find that each family had its own home, right accros from eachother. One house is a little smaller and can occupy 4-5 people. The bigger house can occupy 6-7 people. As we were 4 and 6 people it fit perfecty for us and each family could have its own privacy. Both homes were simple but clean and the beds were very comfortable. We did not meet the landlord himself but his father who, even though we arrived late in the evening, welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. In each house we were welcomed by a bottle of self-made wine, self-made olive oil and fresh cooled water. Both houses had a dish washer and a washing maschine. The landlord's father came once or twice to check if we were fine but other than that we were completely left to ourselves which is what we wanted. The area is very quiet and non-touristic. To reach the beach you must take a car and it takes about 20-25 minutes to get there which was no problem for us. For shopping groceries we can recommend the "Euro Spin" which has good products for low prices. The weather was perfect. Usually we had about around 30° C, no rain and not humid. We can fully recommend the "Villa Borghese" to anyone who is interested in a quite, not too "touristy", sunny place, esspecially with kids. We would go there again! Thank you.

Rilassante

Appartamento spazioso, comodo ed accogliente. Lo spazio esterno è talmente piacevole che quasi passa la voglia di andare in spiaggia. Posizione strategica per piacevoli escursioni (Grotte di Castellana, Alberobello, Locorotondo, la stessa Monopoli e le spiagge). Ringrazio il signor Antonio per l'allegra accoglienza. Consigliato.

Tolle Wohnung für Familien und Ruhe suchende

Beschreibung und Fotos vermitteln einen guten Eindruck; die Wohnung ist sehr groß, zu viert (2 Kinder, 4 und 7) hatten wir Platz satt. Die (einzigen) Nachbarn waren freundlich unaufdringlich - gut zu wissen, dass jemand da ist, sonst hat man nichts mit ihnen zu tun, wenn man nicht will. Der Vermieter ist 1 A, zuverlässig, zuvorkommend, nett. Die Umgebung ist stark zersiedelt, es gibt keinen richtigen Dorfkern. Aber Rtg. Monopoli kommt man bald an einem Laden mit Tankstelle vorbei. Ohne Auto insgesamt kaum zu empfehlen. Mit Auto allerdings ist man schnell in den umliegenden Städtchen, die alle sehr schön sind. Die öffentlichen Strände um Monopoli sind schmutzig. Die Strandbäder bei Capitulo (ca. 15 Min mit dem Auto von der FeWo sind sauber, feinsandig und flach. Mitte Oktober ist allerdings die Saison ziemlich vorbei, viele Bars an den Stränden sind zu.

Great House with very kindly owners

We did like the house very much Clean, complete, spacious and comfortable. The house that we had, had a nice view towards the sea. There were two things we may have missed , namely a pan for roasting meat and a canopy above the frontdoor and the terrace so you can sit outside in the evening and when it rains. On arrival we were surprised with a can of olive oil and a bottle of wine, which mr. Borghese sr. himself had made. The house is also very convenient for the various attractions.We visited Alberobello, Matera, Monopoli, Bari and some more villages. We were searching for sandbeaches, but we could not realy find these because all the lido's were closed in this time of the year, so we had to go to the the rocky coast for sunbathing. In short, we had a wonderful holiday and we certainly recommend this house.

Beautifull and well managed place

We found the place in the country side beautiful and very convenient, close to the main cities in surrounding, close to the see and ideal for a family. Family Borghese is very friendly we have been welcome by the father and the son, with wine and oliv oil and we had the surprise the next day to find fruits at our door. I strongly recommend this place

The best place to stay for a relaxing vacation!

The apartment was gorgeous! The Borghese family accommodated to both of my dogs (a large and small) and there was plenty of room for all of us - which included 2 adults and 1 child. We were welcomed by Antonio, who was EXTREMELY nice and helpful! There was a bottle of red wine and a canister of olive oil that were made by Antonio himself, and boy were they awesome to have! He later came back with tons of fruit - and so did the next door neighbors! Such awesome and super nice people! According to the other reviews, a car is recommended, but can be doable without. If you can figure out the bus schedule, one can ride the bus (but dogs aren't allowed on them), rent a scooter, or use a taxi. We used Taxi Fortunato, driven by the wonderful Giovanna Pezzolla. She was amazing - giving us different insights about the towns we were visiting and recommendations on what to do (kinda better than a tour guide/book). As for the dogs, there was PLENTY of room for them to run around and have fun! The property sat on a large lot with tons of different fruit and olive trees. And the views were absolutely gorgeous! Honestly, the pictures on this website don't do Villa Borghese any justice. Overall, I highly recommend Villa Borghese for a vacation rental. If and when I come back to Monopoli, I will most def stay here.

Fantastik, Super, Lovely Bellisimo!!!

The area is like eaden. The earth is so beautiiful with Olivetrees of over a thousend years old and Almond blossom. Wow. The house is spacious and the hosts are more then welkoming!!! We loved every minute of this real Italian country life. There is eaven an amazing Woodfired oven in the yard that makes it possible to create the most amazing rustik dishes. The little shops of Monopoli have the freshest fish and fruits and vegatables. Close by is also a small shop and very local rstaurant. Great place! You need a car though otherwise you could have problms with public transport. Big thanks to the owner!!! And you will be seeing me soon again!!!

Holiday Stay

Villa Borghese is amazingly located. Village, away from the noise and people crowd, perfect for a quiet holiday. House is spacious and able to fit up to 6 people, having two single and two double beds. We were nicely surprised by warm welcome and bottle of home-made wine. We were also supplied with a few bottles of water and home made olive oil which can be bought from the owner family - warm and helpful people. The villa is more spacious than the pictures actually display. Massive living room, ,bedrooms and functional and huge kitchen. Days and evenings were mostly spent at the wonderful veranda. The car is the must but its very near to picterous cities, sandy beaches. Food is delicious! Fantastic stay! Thank you;***

Super Ferienhaus zum Schnäppchenpreis

Mit der Villa Borghese hatten wir die richtige Wahl getroffen, sehr sauber und comfortabel ausgestattet, bequeme Betten und ein sehr gemütliches Appartement. Unsere 3 Kinder und wir haben sich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt, so ruhig und erholsam, und doch so nah am Geschehen, wenn man es will. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und sehr gut betreut. Feigenbäume rings herum - herrlich, und Sonne satt. Jeden Tag waren wir am Meer. Sehr zu empfehlen diese Gegend und insbesondere unsere "Villa Borghese". Vielen Dank Graziano, Vielen Dank Antonio und Maria, vielen Dank Giovanni .... wir kommen 2015 wieder, haben schon gebucht !!

Excellent place for excellent price

The villa is located in an absolutely fantastic spot, away from the people and noise, perfect, not only for families, but also for couples that look for a quiet, romantic holiday away. House is well able to fit up to 6 people, having two single and two double beds. Just after the arrival, we were nicely surprised as we found the bottle of home-made wine, we were also supplied with a few bottles of water. The owner's son is very friendly and, what's most important, helpful, always ready to give you further instructions regarding nearby attractions, beaches, etc... Despite the fact, that the owner does not speak English, meeting him only added to a positive, overall impression (thank you Padre Antonio for the bag of sweet cherries!) The villa is more spacious than the pictures actually display. Massive living room, well-maintained bedrooms and functional kitchen. Warm evenings were mostly spent at the wonderful veranda. The region's highlights and beaches are located in a radius of a few kilometres, therefore having a car is a must. The nearest town - Monopoli, provides you with all necessary amenities (restaurants, shops, petrol stations, etc...) Sante, thank you once again for your warm welcome, we really enjoyed the stay. Grazie!
