CLEAN BED PROMISE:
We promise that ALL bedding will be cleaned and sanitized every stay every room. We provide our guest with a piece of mind that every sheet, pillow case, bedspread and shams are freshly cleaned for each booking. We pride ourselves with being the best service on the beach.

PARKING:
The HOA allows ONLY 2 vehicles per condo in the parking lot of the complex. Parking passes must be purchased on-site for $50 per vehicle through the Security Guard at Pelican Pointe. It is a one-time fee that is valid through your entire stay up to a max of 30 days bookings. Upon entering the front gate at Pelican Pointe, use a specific gate code which will be given to you on arrival day. You can park anywhere in an open parking spot but must keep your parking pass on your dashboard throughout your stay to avoid being towed.
