Bel appartement privé de style sévillan traditionnel, à l'intérieur d'une maison palatiale du célèbre architecte Aníbal González.
L'appartement est composé de deux chambres doubles, deux salles de bain complètes et cuisine complète, chauffage, climatisation et wifi.
Il a également un grand salon avec canapé-lit et deux balcons donnant sur la rue.
La maison est située dans le centre de Séville dans le quartier Arenal, l'un des plus anciens quartiers du centre de Séville. Son excellent emplacement vous permet de marcher en 5 minutes jusqu'au pont de Triana ou aux arènes et en quelques minutes vous atteindrez la zone monumentale (Cathédrale, Alcazar, Giralda, Hôtel de Ville). À deux pas de l'avenue Reyes Catolicos avec un large éventail de loisirs et de restaurants.

The apartment is charming and well-located. The hosts were friendly and maintained excellent communication, were easy to contact and responded quickly to our messages. Nearby were are a supermarket and a very nice restaurant, Carolina, which was perfect for a quick snack or meal. Sevilla is wonderful and staying here made our stay even better.

First and foremost, the property host was extremely diligent regarding communication. Every question or concern was answered promptly and thoroughly. Secondly was the central location which allowed easy walking to the Cathedral, the Parque de Maria Luisa and the Royal Alcazar. That is to say nothing about the tapas bars, restaurants and other attractions. Additionally, there is a supermercado just a couple of minutes away where you can purchase fresh fruits, Iberian ham, olives, coffee and whatever else you would like for breakfast or siesta. The host kindly left sn information pamphlet in both Spanish and English to answer any additional questions. Best of all is the charm of the historic building itself and the apartment. Beautiful tall windows and shutters overlooking the narrow cobblestone street, spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms and all topped off with beautiful spanish tile accents. It is a very authentic Seville experience and we couldn’t recommend it enough!Our thanks to the hosts as you made our stay do very special!

Beautiful, historic home

It was so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom and a kitchen. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood that is an easy walk to many sites.

Wonderful location with joyful and creative interiors!

Puri was always available with recommendations and information about the apartment. The location was close to historic interests, tours, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our experience and wish that we had booked more time in Seville!

The host was nice. Apartment was in a good location. Lacked kitchen towels or paper towels to do the dishes. Would be very tight for 6 people. Recommend a better couch and proper seating with smaller table in living room.

Great location , authentic Spanish decor

The apartment has a great location , close to the river and shopping and restaurants. We were very happy to wash our clothes ! The grocery store “Mas” is very close and has alcohol. It was a cute place in a historic building .

Traditional Spanish decor

My sister and I loved the ambiance of the apartment as well as the fantastic location. Beds were very comfortable. The sights in Seville that we were interested in seeing were within a 20 minute walk. We enjoyed our visit very much!

Excellent Location

A lovely space with two beds and two bathrooms in the centre of everything. Very helpful hosts who even helped us with our travel plans. We could walk to Triana for a food tour, catch the Hop On Hop Off Bus easily. There’s a Supermercado close by. All good!

We thoroughly loved our stay here. The place was clean and so tastefully decorated. We loved the tile work throughout the building! We always got prompt help and attention from Purificacion and her crew. The location could not have been better!! Beautiful apt within walking distance to everything

Spent 3 nights. Beautifully appointed apt located near all the old town attractions and Plaza de Aram’s bus station. We took the local bus out to Italia to explore for 1/2 day. There are a couple neighborhood bars that are open until midnight. Sevilla is a lively place.

Perfect place in the heart of Sevilla!

Puri's apartment was beautiful and what you would anticipate while visiting old Spain. It has the hints of it's age which makes it unique and beautiful among rental apartments; however, it has what you need for a comfortable stay: air condition in every room, washer, comfortable beds and pillows, etc. Puri was very responsive with my texts as was her business partner, Antonio. Antonio was incredibly attentive and polite. He even dropped us off at the train station for a small fee which was very convenient for us. Because of their outstanding courtesy, and wonderful apartment, we will always come back to Pura Sevilla whenever we return!We definitely recommend!!

The property was even prettier in person! Great location in a safe neighborhood. Rafael & Anthony made the check in process very easy & were prompt in their responses to any inquiries we made. There is a small bar near the apartment that can be a bit rowdy at night from the master bedroom, but I honestly had no trouble sleeping as the heavily shuttered windows offer pretty good sound proofing. There are loads of cute cafes very close by, out favorite for cappuccino practically next door!
