Il y a un lit queen confortable à l'étage dans le loft. Dans l'espace commun en bas des escaliers, il y a une cuisine et un salon à aire ouverte. Dans l'espace commun, il y a un grand autocar sectionnel qui dormira 1 à 2 personnes et il y a aussi un futon gigogne qui dormira 2 personnes.

La cuisine est équipée de casseroles et poêles, ustensiles, grille-pain, micro-ondes, cafetière kurig (vous pouvez apporter vos propres k-tasses), réfrigérateur et cuisinière.

Amazing stay!!

This propert was even better than the listing, they literally had everything there to make your stay comfortable, and wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to stay, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Peaceful retreat

The property is super cute and well appointed. There are beautiful views from the front and back of the property. We enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the hot tub and outdoor seating. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

A view that is beyond compare. We had a peaceful stay at this little cottage, packed with luxurious extras. From expresso machine, Ninja foodie, every Kitchen accessory you could dream of and house coats for the hot tub. Due to wind, we didn't spend much time on the upper deck but it was well appointed.We had a wonderfully relaxing time.

The property was better than described online. It was a perfect spot for a family with a well-stocked kitchen, outdoor hot tub and deck space, volleyball and corn hole games as well as an outdoor fire pit, hammock and swing. We slept very soundly in the cabin as it is located in a quiet area. The upstairs patio housed comfortable patio furniture and a propane fire table to overlook the ocean. Having laundry at the cabin was a bonus as was the AC unit on the main floor and fans upstairs. Wifi was excellent as was our ability to stream from our streaming services to the TV. Board games and a karaoke machine (speaker and mic) were also a hoot. Dishwasher was a nice convenience as well as water/ice in the fridge. Highly recommend for a family getaway.

A beautiful cozy cottage with views of the ocean waters on both sides. Incredible views, lovely decor, everything you could possibly need is available, a perfect for a quiet get away to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We had an incredible family vacation at this location

Perfect ocean views

This was just the most wonderful cottage! Sitting in a hot tub while staring at those views was worth every penny. And sipping a morning coffee on the patio upstairs was just as great. Cozy, comfy and quiet while having tons to do and see. Definitely have to go back!

Breathtaking Views!!

Such a beautiful spot. Breathtaking views out every window. Very comfortable beds, well equipped and close to town. We felt right at home, so much so we booked an additional night we loved it so much. Our host was very accessible and made sure we had all the info and everything we needed. Can't wait to come back again.

Best views. Ever!

This place was delivered quiet and beautiful! We could watch the sunrise from the front yard and sunset from the back! It is very remote and we appreciated having everything we needed to fix meals. One evening we heard a family of coyotes Would definitely seek this place out again!welcoming the night

Beautiful view, comfortable place

The views from the deck and picture windows are mesmerizing. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. Communication was hampered on our end as well as the owner’s by problems with Vrbo email system. Overall very good experience!

The immaculately kept and fully detailed cabin, sits on top of a hill with an incredible view! If you during the day is truly eight islands. The view at night is a stunning star field. My wife and I went here to celebrate our wedding and have our honeymoon. And the cottage was perfect for this moment in our lives we hope to return again next year, the online listing for the cottage is accurate. The cottages very well kept and equipped with essentials, luxuries, and even a nice telescope to watch the stars. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location. Comfortable home

Chelsi was very helpful. Full of information and responded to all my questions. The place was exactly as pictured. Clean. Roomy. Comfortable. Amazing views. Perfect location to get to anywhere we needed. Hot tub was a great bonus. The kitchen is well equipped and beautiful. She provides all the blankets, towels and pillows you will ever need

Our stay at 8 Island View Cottage was perfect. Chelsi was responsive and helpful throughout every step of our booking and stay. She answered our questions and gave recommendations of things to do. The cottage is great and was very clean. The large hottub was so helpful in loosening our aches and pains after a day of scouring the beeches. The views are breathtaking and unmatched by any place we have stayed. The ability to blend relaxation with outdoor activities made our stay very memorable. Parrsboro is a great small town. Most of your necessities can be covered by the stores in town plus there are some other nice shops focusing on original creative works and antiques. Make sure to get to Partridge Island. We had so much fun beachcombing there. Our pretty rock collection has blossomed.

The property is fine but needs some serious updating. The furniture (couches) were not appealing and were very worn looking. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Only for two people.

We stayed 5 days in Sept. Loved the area, lots to do. Highlights Amazing tides, harbour, Ottawa House run by volunteers and Partidge Island, Cape d’Or, golf, exploring, Amore pizza, nearby beaches (car) We were there to relax - Loved the deck, view just like the photo - private and quiet during the week, some neighbours came on the weekend. Coop grocery in town handy. Loft bedroom fine, bed comfortable, great to have washer/dryer. Ceiling fans. Was cool at night when we were there, but no need for woodstove.

Great spot, beautiful views and really sweet cottage that had everything we needed.

Close to town, nice and clean and overall great cottage to get away to! Owner was super easy to deal with and really has a place to be proud of. Definitely worth the money and she hasn't missed anything. The only thing I wish I had was a fluffy housecoat to relax in on the wonderful deck overlooking the water. Will definitely book again! Loved the loft for sleeping and had enough sleeping room for my 2 kids on main floor.

Beautiful

We loved staying at Chelsi's cottage and it had everything we needed for our stay. The view of the Bay of Fundy was stunning and we had fun watching the tides go in and out. We had hoped to do some exploring of the area but our time was cut short due to another commitment. Chelsi was easy to communicate with. We did have a bit of trouble finding it due to our GOS but we're eventually able to get to it. I would totally recommend staying here if you are exploring this specific area of Nova Scotia!

Hi, I’m Chelsi!

I grew up in Diligent River and Parrsboro, Nova Scotia, so this beautiful part of the Bay of Fundy will always feel like home to me. I’m a Registered Nurse, my husband serves with the Canadian Armed Forces, and our family now lives in New Brunswick.

8 Island View Cottage is our little piece of paradise, and we absolutely love being able to share it with others.

The name 8 Island View Cottage was inspired by the incredible panoramic view from the property. From the cottage, you can look out toward Two Islands, Five Islands and Partridge Island, with Cape Split and Cape Sharpe creating an unforgettable backdrop across the water.

One of the most magical things about staying here is how the view changes throughout the entire day.

Early risers can catch beautiful sunrises over the water, while evenings bring incredible sunsets behind the cottage and toward Partridge Island — often filling the sky with shades of pink, purple, blue and gold.

Add in the dramatic Bay of Fundy tides, peaceful surroundings and sounds of nature, and it’s the kind of place that encourages you to slow down and simply enjoy where you are.

Having grown up in this area, I’m also always happy to share our favourite beaches, trails, restaurants, local businesses and hidden gems to help you experience Parrsboro like a local.

We hope you fall in love with this special little corner of Nova Scotia just as much as we have.

Our cottage is tucked away in a peaceful cottage-country neighbourhood on a private dirt road with very little daily traffic. It’s the kind of place where families can slow down, enjoy the fresh air, and make the most of the outdoor space.

Kids can play in the spacious yard, bring their bikes and enjoy riding along the quiet dirt road while taking in the beautiful ocean views.

Dogs love it here too! Well-behaved dogs with reliable recall can enjoy some off-leash time on the property, stretch out on the deck in the sunshine, and relax right alongside the rest of the family.

It’s a laid-back, peaceful setting where kids can be kids, dogs can enjoy the outdoors, and everyone can settle into cottage life.
