Exclusif maison privée dans une communauté fermée en face de la plage.

La maison est installée dans l'exclusive communauté fermée LaValencia à l'extrémité ouest de Panama City Beach. Les clients ont accès à la piscine privée en front de plage avec accès fermé et accès à la plage privée. Il y a 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes, buanderie, grande cuisine et salle à manger. Vous avez un gril à gaz sur le pont inférieur ainsi qu'une salle pour manger à l'extérieur si vous le souhaitez. Il y a même une table séparée pour les plus petits. La chambre principale a un lit King, un coin salon et un bureau. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire de jardin et d'une douche à l'italienne ainsi que d'un grand dressing. Maître a également un balcon privé à travers les portes françaises dans la chambre. Les 2 autres chambres sont également équipées de lits king size. Au premier étage, vous avez une chambre avec deux lits superposés.

LaValencia est à l'extrémité ouest de Panama City Beach. L’extrémité ouest est assez achalandée et n’a pas autant de circulation, mais en même temps, vous avez un Pulbix et Winn Dixie au coin de la rue. Il y a un Dunkin Doughunts, Waffle House, restaurant de fruits de mer et CVS. Vous êtes également à dix minutes en voiture du centre commercial Beautiful Rosemary et de la plage. Vous êtes également à 10 minutes en voiture de Pier Park (notre centre commercial en plein air et le parc Frank Brown). Venez et profitez vraiment de vos vacances dont tout le monde rêve.

Awesome location!

The house was great for our family. The neighborhood, beach front pool, and close beach access were awesome. There is a great patio area and back yard. We rented the golf cart and it made getting our stuff to the beach so easy. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing vacation rental

This house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could possibility need to enjoy our stay. We ate in the whole week and the kitchen had everything we needed. We brought our own beach items but there were plenty in the garage to borrow. The beds were super comfy and we really enjoyed our evenings on the back patio.

Family Vacation

For our family of 10, the four bedroom house was perfect. Everything was as advertised, from easy access to the pool and beach, beach chairs/umbrella, quiet, safe, gated community, and beautifully decorated clean house. We would definitely stay here again. MMD

It was a very nice home... convenient location to pool and beach.... Also 5 minutes from Publix!!!! We felt short on towels as I had to wash towels one to two times a day.. Would love to go back to this property soon!!!

Amazing Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best thing about this house is the location. It’s a super short walk to the beach. The pool on the ocean is a gigantic PLUS! The house is extremely spacious. The rental management team is very fast and helpful. We would stay here again for sure!

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very cute and clean. (The rooms that are not pictured are also very nice- no worries) The property manager, Lisa was the best! Very nice and quick to respond to any questions. There were lots of beach toys and chairs, and access to the beach was an easy walk. The pool is a little on the smallish side, but is fine for kids, so don’t expect anything grand. We appreciated that the pool area bathrooms were kept clean. The beach was great- this was in July- there were lots of people, but definitely not as crowded as a public beach access. Like the other reviews stated; bring your own extra towels and washcloths. Highly recommended!

Family Friendly Beach House

This home was so comfortable and spacious, our family throughouly enjoyed our week there. It was the perfect setup and stocked well for a family with little ones. The walk to the beach is doable and the gated community feels very safe and quiet. The kitchen is also very well equipped so you don't have to eat out for every meal. Loved that Publix was 5 minutes down the road as well. Overall a really lovely home and would come again!

Exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait to return.

This property was even more ideal than we originally anticipated. It had room for days! A spacious, clean and well appointed house with COMFORTABLE BEDS and no one was bumping into each other. This was a family vacation with adult children and spouses traveling from Nashville, Chicago and Washington DC to spend a week with us. Our 5 year old granddaughter was also with us and we all had a tremendous and relaxing vacation. We enjoyed preparing meals together in the spacious kitchen and of course loved exploring local restaurants. The gated community was so easy to navigate and could not have been more conveniently located short of being RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The bonus of a beach front swimming pool was a special treat for our granddaughter for evening swims in the steamy heat of the summer. The house had everything we needed and more. Having a golf cart to help take our beach chairs, umbrellas, and a pregnant mama to the beach was handy. Though we brought our own, we were surprised to find beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys abundantly in the garage. The gas grill on the back deck was sufficient for our purposes but a little on the small side and we were happy to clean it up before and after we used it. These hosts have just covered every detail and obviously work hard to keep everything in pristine condition. There is just nothing to criticize! Thank you for a wonderful week of family vacation.

Clean and close to the beach

Loved the location to the beach and the house was great. Bring extra towels for showering as the house didn’t have enough. Golf cart was a plus.

Perfect House

8 adults stayed here and place was in perfect location and perfect size to meet all our needs. It was very well stocked with kitchen items and had extra mini fridge and wine fridge. I would recommend and come here again.

Beach Stay

The property matched the description and the stay was just as expected. We did a fair amount of dining-in due to COVID and I was glad to see that the kitchen was well equipped and had nice quality appliances and cookware. The only disappointment was that as a renter, we learned you cannot use the pool designated for the owners, which was heated on a cool temperature week and very close to the home. Beach was fantastic, beachside pool was fine and a very close walk. We enjoyed our stay and the spaciousness of the home.

Family Getaway

Home was perfect for our family. It was as pictured and short walk to beach. Well stocked with kitchen items and beach gear. Meticulously CLEAN. The grands were disappointed that the jets did not work in the master tub.
