We have stayed at this house before it was renovated! The renovations were beautiful and well done. Do not hesitate to book this duplex! I could not hear a sound from the other side! A minute bike ride to the beach and is conveniently located in the heart of cape cod! We stayed in cottage b, if you have a boat this is the easiest driveway to get in and out of! The owners were kind and helpful without being overly involved! The other reviews are absolutely crazy. This place is amazing! We will absolutely stay here next year! Do your self a favor and get a shellfish permit and a fishing permit and eat your weight in oysters and fresh striped bass!
Simple, well-kept property. Perfect for a beach get-away with the family.
We really enjoyed our weekend trip. The house was very nice inside and well furnished. The driveway has plenty of room for parking. The outdoor shower was a favorite amongst our group. This house is SO close to the beach on the bay-side of the cape. If you are looking for some waves on the ocean-side, it is only a short drive away. There's a Ben and Jerry's as well as the famous Arnold's Seafood just around the corner. Overall, a wonderful experience and hope we get to come back again.
Gorgeous property in a perfect location!
The cottage is tastefully decorated with very clean and comfortable living areas. Both bedrooms offer ample space and the living room is laid out with functionality in mind. The kitchen is fully furnished and provides great opportunity for cooking. The location was my favorite feature, the street is quiet and the beach is only a five minute walk from the house! My family and I will certainly be coming back!
Great location but a couple of concerns
We have been staying in Eastham for a number of years and this cottage is in a great location (Campground beach is just around the corner). For a small family (1-2 kids) this works. The kitchen was well equipped and we found what we needed. There are two major things that cause me to give a review of 3.5. The first is the outdoor shower. It's what I love about our stay on the cape. But, I did not use this one once. It really needs updating (no door, just a dirty curtain) and there was tons of grass and ivy in there. Really bummed about that. Plus, no gas grill. Probably should have caught that in the description but we really enjoy grilling out and the charcoal is just not convenient. If the owners could change that I think it would go a long way.
Thank you for your feedback, we have taken note of the issues. The curtain for the out door shower was new at the beginning of the season and was a high quality product, we have requested our cleaner inspect this area weekly and will ask that the ground cover be trimmed if it encroaches on the platform.
This upcoming off seasons projects will focus on exterior improvements, with the intent of matching the attention to detail given the interior. Anticipate additional outdoor seating, as well as landscape and hardscape improvements.
Unfortunately this will not include conversion to a propane gas grill due to the maintenance related issues.

The interior of this building is in excellent condition. The client acknowledged that fact in their review. The sister cottage has consistent five star reviews.
The property is clearly marketed as an "attached cottage." This is not misrepresentation. The major benefit is the rental rates are highly competitive for the popular campground beach area, especially for a property that has an substantially new interior, easy parking for two cars and three walkable water access points. The large 3/4 acre lot is rare for this neighborhood, and affords a privacy setting similar to a single family home.
Finally, as for the exterior, our client was expecting a formal lawn. The landscape is Cape Cod natural. The posted images of the exterior do not show any indication that a formal lawn is an amenity.
We wish the client the best, and if they decide to return to the Campground Beach neighborhood we would be glad to help them locate a property that has a more suitable exterior features for their needs. These features however are generally are only available at a premium price beyond the reasonable rates charged for our property.
