à propos de cet hébergement
The Alpine/Walk to Beach for 2 or more!
Embrace the beauty of Fall at The Alpine, brought to you by the Heart of Cape Cod, just a short walk from Thumpertown Beach. After a day of exploring the peaceful shoreline, grill up some fall veggies on the deck or challenge friends and family in the game room. Enjoy the crisp autumn air as you kayak the calm bay waters or play a friendly game of Bocce. Take in the vibrant fall colors, or head out to local trails for a scenic hike.
We respect the autonomy of our guests but are available by text, email, phone, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, yodeling, or Facetime
Bayside beach. Very central to everything. Close to Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail), kettle ponds, ocean side Coast Guard and Nauset Light beach, Salt Pond Visitors Center, Eastham Windmill, and First Encounter beach.
The leaves are falling and there is a chill in the air. The parking lot at the popular Thumpertown Beach is empty during the day with the occasional passerby who stops for a moment of beauty. As you stroll the tidal flats, the only company you keep is that of the gulls that eye you curiously from overhead. It seems that they too understand that summer has passed and there will not be any errant fried food offered up in their favor so they move on as well. The sand sucks at your shoes and the salty air bites at your nose but the calm stillness that surrounds this place is what you came for.
A large, comfortable home that was made to be lived in awaits you just 176 yards from the sand. The couch is just amazing to sink into for a great movie night. The whole family can relax in comfort, spread out, and at an affordable price.
The sunsets in the winter are breath taking and people come to the Cape for the amazing colors and spectacular scenery. Come see for yourself what makes this place so special.
The Alpine House can sleep from 2 up to 8. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen for two and a single. Another bedroom houses a double bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom has a large king-sized bed.
The full-sized kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. Or you can eat out on the fully screened in porch at a table with enough seating for the whole family. Downstairs is a separate game room for a fun game of poker, a game of pool, or maybe just a separate space for the kids to hang out. Each reservation comes with a complete guide to the best localâs insider tips and places to go, things to do, and places to see. Hop on the bike trail (the CCRT) and take a ride out to Nauset Light or maybe to the Chocolate Sparrow for a coffee. Everything is within reach here for the perfect family getaway.

For Airbnb: A quick note on who you are paying for what, because lately everyone asks some version of who am I paying for what and to who. We set two things. One. The nightly rate for the home itself which we keep as fair as possible for this area. Two. The cleaning fee matches what our professional cleaning company charges to clean and reset a home this size. Those are the only amounts we control. Airbnb collects its own platform service fee for using the Airbnb site and support. Airbnb may include that platform fee in the total price you see here instead of showing it as a separate line which can make it look like it is part of what we charge. It is not. That amount goes to Airbnb. You will also see taxes as a separate line. Those taxes are required by state and local rules for this area. We do not set the tax rates, and we do not keep those funds. Airbnb calls this âfee transparencyâ.
Communication with guests is important to us. Please be sure you have app notifications turned on for your phone as this will be our means of communicating with you before, during, and after your stay. Our digital guidebooks contain directions, instructions, and access information. It is your responsibility to review this information prior to arrival.
