Tarif beaucoup trop élevé par rapport aux prestations Maison dans un état de dégradations avancées , pas entretenue , la moitié de la climatisation en panne pour s’entendre dire que le gaz vient d Ukraine , salon de jardin premier prix dans un état lamentable , il manque des ampoules partout , tuyau de douche percé , ustensiles de cuisine au minimum , Sensation de camping pour 5000eu les 15 jours !!! Un conseil à éviter pour ne pas être pris pour un pigeon A vous de voir !

Everything 5 to 10 mins drive.

Very comfortable stay although not all the aircon worked, they did supply tower fans where the aircon wasn't working. Plenty of amazing beaches within 10 mins drive and a decent selection of restaurants and bars along the praia da rocha. Francois was very nice we were able to communicate using Google translate and had no issues.

Generally good

Very nice Villa, lovely pool and spacious Villa for our group of 10. No issues with any of the property itself, can sleep 10 adults comfortably. The neighbours around the Villa seemed all fairly old and not very happy people, however, as we got complaints for simply playing music by the pool during the day, and neighbours also complained at us moving the bin so we’re able to dispose of our rubbish more easily. Deposit was higher than expected upon arrival, as it was stated as less online. Fortunately, we did have this money, however, it is something that should be stated before our entry to the Villa. The check in process was generally speaking okay, however, the people that run the Villa have poor levels of communication, I had text them multiple times in the week before our arrival, and didn’t get a reply until the day of our arrival. I had to go through the Villa owner, Thierry, who was great in communicating and telling me what I wanted to know. The people running the Villa also complained about the cleanliness of the Villa upon our departure from the Villa, despite it being near enough spotless within it, and cleaners being employed to clean the Villa anyway, making it confusing as to why they complained at us for doing their job? The location of the Villa is as you would see online, it is not in the middle of Portimao, but it is close enough to be able to get Ubers to and from there at a cheap cost. This also applies to the Praia da Rocha beach, where it is about a 15 minute drive from, and Ubers are available at 6-10 euros. Overall, the Villa was a lovely place to stay for the week, as the property was really nice and comfortable to live. Extra costs do come with getting food or going out, as someone will need to drive or Ubers/taxis will need to be paid for in order to go to supermarkets or restaurants, so that is something to keep in mind if booking this Villa. However, the issues we encountered with the people running the Villa was frustrating. They came across rude and entitled despite us doing everything possible in order to be good tenants within our stay, and we remained respectful despite their complaints at us.
