Such a beautiful location and a lovely getaway. The decor was perfect and we had everything we needed on site. Minutes away from amazing hikes, swimming holes and gorgeous views. 10 out of 10!
Very nice, no complaints very quiet little road with just two cottages on it. If going in the summer time make sure to bring bug spray if walking outside. Nice little pond for fishing. Shops and restaurants only 10 minutes away.
We had an incredible time staying at the cottage and can't wait to visit again sometime! From hiking, sitting on the porch drinking coffee, cooking while listening to music, and enjoying time on the pond, everything about our stay was perfect.
Cabin was very quaint, charming with a rustic feel and modern amenities. Focal point of the cabin was the wooden spiral staircase and the two stone fireplaces.
Very cozy cabin for a weekend getaway. Multiple fireplaces with plenty of firewood available. Great place to curl up with a book or lots of shopping / restaurants in the area.
This location was excellent for reaching many beautiful trails within a 15 min drive. The bed was very comfortable and after racking a dozen miles of hiking, the spa tub was very helpful! Many migrating birds surround this cottage, which were a delight from the kitchen window and the deck.We enjoyed ourselves and would love to return to VT again!
Love everything about this home. Perfect location to feel away from it all but close to stores, restaurants and activities. Bromley ski right down the road which my husband enjoyed while I worked part of one day. WiFi access was great. Our second time here and there will be more.
This cabin was lovely, tucked away at the end of a little dirt road. The place was clean and tidy and very cozy. The few things I'd have wanted to know before booking:1. It is fairly close to a main road with fast moving traffic, so it is not as tucked away as it appears- you can hear a lot of road noise when you're outside (and even sometimes inside).2. The stairs down to the bedroom are spiral and take some care to navigate.3. The kitchen wasn't stocked with any food items other than salt and pepper and coffee (I've often stayed in places that had condiments, spices, etc) so just worth noting that you really need to bring everything. 4. There's no real view of the pond in the months when leaves are on the trees. It was a lovely stay overall and I'd love to see it in the fall or winter. Would recommend.
Very cute cabin with fireplace and jacuzzi. Host provided firewood - which was a nice touch. Cabin is on dead end private road so, as mentioned, very peaceful. Lots of snow so no deck access, but imagine it would be great in summer too.
We absolutely loved our stay in the Honeymoon Cottage! Place was well stocked and clean. We loved the location, very private and close to the Appalachian Long Trail, which we enjoyed hiking. Location is close to Manchester for shopping, groceries and dining. Would happily return. Thank you for a lovely few romantic days.
Great stay, rustic, cozy cabin with great fireplaces (great room and bedroom). Convenient to Manchester, hiking trails and many attractions. Very comfortable, very glad we went and would definitely return.
The honeymooners return for their 1 year anniversary!
A true joy, and a home away from home. This was our second time here and we loved it so much all over again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway with all the comforts of home. Minutes away from Manchester, a cute lil town for all those tourist tendencies.
We had an amazing weekend getaway. Brad and Esterâs cottage was so charming. Nestled on the edge of a beautiful lake and several hiking trails, it was a much needed escape. The night sky sparkled with stars and the days were filled with every comfort we could have needed.
My wife and family took down a small barn in Warwick, NY. Trucked the hand-hewn beams to Vermont and built this cottage by hand. This little honeymoon cottage is a labor of love. Enjoy it with love!
