LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Au cœur du quartier des arts du Nord-Est! Superbe 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain avec laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine étonnante, et beaucoup d'espace. Près de tous les meilleurs aliments et activités et brasseries dans le nord-est. ~ 10 minutes du centre-ville et North Loop; ~ 20 minutes de Uptown. Il y a des choses de cuisine de base (je cuisine tout simplement), la télé, et on peut aller à pied. Les voyageurs ayant la meilleure expérience ici ont tendance à être plus jeunes.

Great place in Minneapolis!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Trish's home in Minneapolis. It was very centrally located to much of what our team needed to do in the Twin Cities. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place!

Very clean and great location. This was the perfect spot for our girls trip. The host was great a communicating anytime we needed her. Will definitely book here again!

Nice House - Good Space

Spent 4 nights over Christmas at this house and it was great set up and NE Minneapolis location. Enjoyed our stay and will rent again when we come to town.

Great place!

This place was awesome - clean, modern & updated, lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get anywhere in the cities. Only downside was not enough comfy seating in the living room - with more than three people, one couch wasn’t enough. We could have also used a shovel after arriving after a snowstorm to clean up the stairs & walks. Overall great rental, would definitely stay here again!

Comfy beds...

Beds were comfortable but a lot of light comes in to bedrooms at night making it a little difficult to sleep. We appreciated the adequate heat inside and winter wonderland outside! Ask if dishwasher has been fixed, could definitely use some new skillets. Overall a pleasant home with lots of room for a family to stay!

Awesome Stay & Great Location

Our stay at this VRBO was awesome all around. The location was great and the number of beds was great for our group! The host was responsive when we reached out. The unit had great AC, a large kitchen area, and a nice living space for us to gather in. Some of the fixtures in the unit seem like they were selected with this being a rental in mind, so they can be a little fragile/cheap in materials. Although, this did not hinder our enjoyment of the space, and I think it makes sense financially for the host.

Great place for a weekend stay

We were a group of 5 that rented this property for a long weekend. Location in the heart of NE Minneapolis can't be beat. The place accommodated us very comfortably. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness when we arrived; the kitchen wasn't fully cleaned and one of the bathrooms had a clogged sink. When raised with the property owner, they sent their cleaner (whose contact info is also on the fridge) to take care of whatever they could and the cleaner was very apologetic and helpful. All considered, I'd gladly stay at this place again.

House in Minneapolis

The property was as listed and very comfortable. The location was 15 min from anywhere we needed or wanted to go. There was a small issue with the TV that was remedied quickly the next day. The only complaint was the Wi-Fi would disconnect intermittently and happened on all types of devices with all parties. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the house was as well.

Beautiful work in progress..

Great location in the city. Catholic Church up the block was having annual festival so good food and family entertainment all weekend! Obviously, the owner is in the final stages of finishing this restoration project as the flooring needs to be redone and closets need rods. Comfortable beds for all. Three beautiful bathrooms made everyone happy. Loved mornings on the front porch with Spyhouse coffee and bagels. Our group would suggest more seating or chairs in living room for movies or games. Roku tv not good.

A day or so before our arrive I got an email about all the rules of the house and code to door. Email stated we couldn’t use the garage, having an available garage in the description played a big factor into renting this house. Just to find out we couldn’t use it. I received an email before check in, stating housekeeping was running 30 minutes behind. For housekeeping needing extra time, they didn’t clean so well. We had to empty and put away the dishwasher and dryer. There was lots of food still left in the refrigerator from the previous people and it wasn’t wiped clean inside, the drawers in fridge were all broken. The fridges water filter needs to be changed. Every hotel or vrbo house I’ve rented the fridge has always been clean and empty. The coffee table, window sills, stove fan…etc looked like it hadn’t been down for months it was all so dusty. There was a lengthy list of things for us to do before checking out, we had to do half of the housekeepers job!! So why did I pay so much for housekeeping? There was no extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, we had to buy our own. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers were basically empty as well, but also stated in the description that was available. The list stated we couldn’t wear our shoes in the house , but there was dog hair everywhere in the house from the previous renters. neighbor was a little sketchy. The house was big enough for our family and we all had our own space.

Great Location and Property but a Work in Progress!

First, Trish is a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and accommodating. Everything leading up to our stay was great and once we got access to the property, things were also great. There was a mix-up when we arrived that afternoon, possibly by a previous renter, that caused us to not be able to have the property at 4pm (normal check-in). Trish was there and was coordinating what needed to be done to remedy whatever had occurred. She let us drop off our bags and received our shopping order that was delivered a short time later and put items in the fridge. Great service for what seemed a bit of a stressful situation for her. About the property. The street view pics on Google show the home undergoing external imrpovements. Money has been put into this home, and not a little bit. The appliances are awesome (I want the range/oven in my house) and the colors and furniture are inviting. For the htree of us staying there it was more than enough space and very comfortable. I say it's a work in progress because the there is not an interior door at the steps to the basement. Also, the windows in the basement were (apparently) just put in as the shims and frames are exposed. I know because I had to check them to ensure they were locked after we found every window on the first floor unlocked (there are many windows which provides a ton of natural light!). I assume whatever happened resulted in all of the windows being opened for a bit. Most of the windows on the top floor were also unlocked. The only reason I am giving three stars versus 4 or possibly 5, is because of old newspapers strewn on the front porch (sun-faded so they appeared too have been there more than a day or two) and it seems the cleaning crew may have gotten over as the sheets in the first level bedroom did not appear to have been changed from a previous stay. There were other minor cleaning crew related issues, but the house was much more clean than not. I would book with Trish again and at this location. My comments are not complaints but contructive feedback for what is a really good property and easy-to-work with property owner.
