Stay was above average. The house was clean and access to downtown was accommodating. There was 3 negatives about our stay. A dirty dish was found in one the closets, no direction the trash dumpster, smoke alarm in upstairs bedroom should be reinstalled.
We enjoyed our stay here, it was clean and comfortable.the third bathroom was handy. The street parking wasnât bad at all and the church bells added charm. We recommend staying here, especially if you have a small group.
Interesting location. House is covered in overgrown trees and hard to spot. In a neighborhood surrounded by churches. Church bells go off nonstop. They start at 7:30 AM on Sunday and go off every half an hour. Active area at night time. Upstairs was hot even with AC on so we slept with windows open. The house is cute and well decorated on the inside. Upstairs bedroom doesnât have bunk beds but three twins, one with a trundle under it. We went and got a fan because the upstairs is hot with no ceiling fans. We needed some air movement. Rooms are bright in the morning.
Very clean, comfortable and spacious home that was just perfect for a week stay. Close to just about everything while still in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond. Would recommend bringing your own cookware if you plan on making anything that may need a certain type of pan or bake ware, but all of the basics are provided. Definitely a place we would stay again!
The property was as described. However, when we arrived there was no toilet paper or paper towels as well as a sticky counter. We didnât spend much time in the house because we were in town for a very busy wedding weekend. The house served its purpose
We very much enjoyed our stay at Trish's home in Minneapolis. It was very centrally located to much of what our team needed to do in the Twin Cities. We would definitely stay again.
Very clean and great location. This was the perfect spot for our girls trip. The host was great a communicating anytime we needed her. Will definitely book here again!
Spent 4 nights over Christmas at this house and it was great set up and NE Minneapolis location. Enjoyed our stay and will rent again when we come to town.
Our stay at this VRBO was awesome all around. The location was great and the number of beds was great for our group! The host was responsive when we reached out. The unit had great AC, a large kitchen area, and a nice living space for us to gather in. Some of the fixtures in the unit seem like they were selected with this being a rental in mind, so they can be a little fragile/cheap in materials. Although, this did not hinder our enjoyment of the space, and I think it makes sense financially for the host.
The property was as listed and very comfortable. The location was 15 min from anywhere we needed or wanted to go. There was a small issue with the TV that was remedied quickly the next day. The only complaint was the Wi-Fi would disconnect intermittently and happened on all types of devices with all parties. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the house was as well.
A day or so before our arrive I got an email about all the rules of the house and code to door. Email stated we couldnât use the garage, having an available garage in the description played a big factor into renting this house. Just to find out we couldnât use it. I received an email before check in, stating housekeeping was running 30 minutes behind. For housekeeping needing extra time, they didnât clean so well. We had to empty and put away the dishwasher and dryer. There was lots of food still left in the refrigerator from the previous people and it wasnât wiped clean inside, the drawers in fridge were all broken. The fridges water filter needs to be changed. Every hotel or vrbo house Iâve rented the fridge has always been clean and empty. The coffee table, window sills, stove fanâŠetc looked like it hadnât been down for months it was all so dusty. There was a lengthy list of things for us to do before checking out, we had to do half of the housekeepers job!! So why did I pay so much for housekeeping? There was no extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, we had to buy our own. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers were basically empty as well, but also stated in the description that was available. The list stated we couldnât wear our shoes in the house , but there was dog hair everywhere in the house from the previous renters. neighbor was a little sketchy. The house was big enough for our family and we all had our own space.
We were a group of 5 that rented this property for a long weekend. Location in the heart of NE Minneapolis can't be beat. The place accommodated us very comfortably.
The only issue we had was with the cleanliness when we arrived; the kitchen wasn't fully cleaned and one of the bathrooms had a clogged sink. When raised with the property owner, they sent their cleaner (whose contact info is also on the fridge) to take care of whatever they could and the cleaner was very apologetic and helpful.
All considered, I'd gladly stay at this place again.
