VILLA IL POGGETTO - CAPRI TOWN AREA
This beautiful villa is located a 10-15 minute walk from the main square and the centre of Capri in the area of Tuoro. Fantastic views of the Bay of Marina Piccola and the entire town can be enjoyed from the villa. The villa is reached by following a small, pedestrian walkway leading from the main square, through the historical centre of Capri. Once you reach the foot of the property, 109 steps take you from the path up to the main entrance of the property. The views, the multi-level terraces, the gardens and the pool deck are worth the walk, as the property takes advantage of a large, outdoor space (approximately 6,000 square feet).

Inside, the main entrance door leads into the living room furnished with sofas and double sofa bed and a fireplace. The living room has some antique furniture and beautiful paintings and it opens into the dining room with a large dining table and seating for 8 people. Three large windows face the beautiful garden and another door leads into an outdoor dining area with a marble table up to 10 seats. The kitchen, can be found next to the living room, and it is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, 4-range stovetop and oven. The villa also offers a laundry room with a half bathroom and washing machine.

Passing through a corridor you reach the bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 - Double bed and fitted with a fan. Access to a small private terrace and sea view
- Bedroom 2 - Double bed and fitted with a fan. Access to a small private terrace and sea view
- Bedroom 3 - Double bed (on request can become two single beds) and air conditioning

There are also 2 additional bathrooms:
- Bathroom 2 - Fitted with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer
- Bathroom 3 - Fitted with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer

One extra single bed can be added on request in the living room.

THE ANNEX
From the main access 10 steps lead to a little path going around the lower part of the villa, where we find a fourth bedroom with a double bed, fan and en-suite bathroom with shower; a small lounge with a television and a small double sofa bed. The room is lit by the two French windows that look out onto garden. From this lounge you’ll have access to a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

Terraces and pool area: 10 steps will lead up to a large paved terrace, where the pool and outdoor shower are located. The swimming pool (8m x 4m, 2.5m deep; open 15/05 - 30/09) is set in a fantastic, panoramic position overlooking the island. The garden is planted with geranium plants and offers a corner equipped with sun umbrellas, tables and chairs from where you can admire wonderful views of different parts of Capri: the Certosa di San Giacomo, Castiglione, Monte di Capri and the Bay of Marina Piccola. The views are spectacular, especially at night when the entire village is lit. The property offers a very romantic atmosphere.

Garden: a path of steps leads up through the terraced garden.The garden is planted with a wonderful mix of trees, plants and island flowers. A wonderful pine forest surrounds the property.

Facilities: swimming pool, outdoor shower, furnished terrace and garden, outdoor dining facilities, Satellite TV, heating, washing machine, rechargeable Internet key, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning in the bedrooms only.

On request and payable locally: porter service available and recommended, maid service, chef service.
