However, I am very sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I do wish you had reached out to us during your stay about these issues, as we would have loved the opportunity to address them right away and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Regarding the Wi-Fi: because our property is located in the Smoky Mountains, mountain internet infrastructure can occasionally be unpredictable or spotty, especially in lower levels like basements and theater rooms. While local signal strength is unfortunately beyond our direct control, we always do our best to troubleshoot connections whenever guests let us know there is an issue. We also appreciate your notes about the dishwasher, dishware, and trash bag supplies. We strive to provide a clean and well-stocked environment for all our guests, so we will be inspecting the dishwasher immediately and reviewing our starter amenities for larger groups to ensure future stays are properly prepared. Thank you for the feedback, and I’m glad you enjoyed the home overall. I do take all of this very seriously, though I’m genuinely puzzled why, over an eight-day stay, none of these items were ever mentioned to us — with the exception of the hot tub, which you called about and we addressed right away. ! We would have gladly done the same for every other issue on this list had we simply known about it. A quick call or text during your stay would have let us fix things in real time instead of finding out after the fact, when it’s too late to make it right for you. As for the cooking utensils, we’re surprised by this comment, as the kitchen is stocked with a sufficient set of brand new pots and pans, along with the utensils needed for everyday cooking. If something specific was missing, we wish you’d let us know so we could have brought it over immediately, as we did with the hot tub. We are taking critical measures to resolve the other issues you’ve raised, and a few, like operating the television, are things we’re always happy to walk guests through by phone — but again, only if we’re contacted. We appreciate you taking the time to share this and will use it to keep improving the home for fu
