Delightful and tranquil home from home, situated a short distance away from the fishing harbour of Padstow where you have a number of shops and galleries to choose from, but most of all some amazing restaurants from chefs Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. Porthcothan Bay is also close for a coastal walk or a day at the beach.

Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. 
Accessibility: Accommodation all on one level.
Kitchen and utilities:  Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, electric feature fire, comfy seating, dining table and chairs.
Outside:  Large fully-enclosed garden to the rear with garden furniture, barbecue and extensive lawn.
Pets: One pet allowed - £25 per pet per week ( please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment).
Parking: Private parking for up to 3 cars right outside.
Nearest beach:  2 miles.
Nearest amenities:  On site, otherwise 1 mile.
Changeover time: Arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
General: Electricity and Wi-Fi included in the rent
