This holiday apartment is located in the Residence dei Fiori at the entrance to the beautiful Sirmione peninsula.

Its location makes it convenient to all kinds of services and at the same time sufficiently secluded, to guarantee maximum tranquility and relaxation.



With entrance to the first floor, upon entering we immediately find the living area and the kitchen in the same harmonious environment equipped with a sofa bed with wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable table for up to 6 people.

From the living room and from the kitchen there is direct access to the balcony overlooking the neighborhood.

Next to the living room you can access the double bedroom with a large French window that communicates with the private balcony. Next to the room, there is access to the windowed bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
