There is parking space for two cars and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The villa is situated in Santa Eulalia del Rio which is a great location for guests staying on the island of Ibiza. The beach is an easy ten minute walk away including Playa Calo de S'alg. The neighbourhood is an upper middle class part of town, quiet, well taken care of and with easy access to most of what Santa Eulalia has to offer. Shops and restaurants are within ten minute walk and supermarkets are only a few minutes further away. The famous restaurant Sa Finca is a mere 200 meters from the villa which specializes in local and Iberian grilled meats. There are many restaurants and food shops to choose from.
