Appartement de 70 m² finement et récemment rénové dans l'ancienne tour d'un bâtiment historique dans le Castellare dei Malavolti.
Vous serez accueillis dans un environnement confortable, étudié en détail, pour rendre vos vacances agréables et reposantes.

L'appartement est situé au premier étage de la propriété.

Détails de la maison: entrée; salon avec table à manger et canapé et TV; cuisine fonctionnelle équipée de tout le confort moderne, y compris réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et garde-manger; grande chambre double; une salle de bain complète avec douche et grand lavabo.

Lovely apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom, and plenty of natural light. The bottle of wine was a nice touch, and the location is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Luxurious apartment right at the heart of Siena

An incredible roomy place, excellent condition with all the amenities needed for an visit to Siena. Right at the center, close walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. Nicoletta was right there to greet us and let us in when we arrived!

Even better than pictures!

This was a beautiful property in a great location! The frescos on the ceiling in the bedroom and bath are beautiful, and the exposed brick and stone add historic character. Nicoletta was an outstanding host who gave us great suggestions for cocktails and dinner.

It was a very nice, clean apartment in a beautiful area. It was easy walking to shops, restaurants, and the center of town. It would have been helpful if the instructions for the apartment were also in English. We enjoyed our stay in town!

The apartment exceeded our expectations! The location is exactly what we wanted to experience Siena. It is beautifully decorated and has everything we could have ever needed and then some. 5 stars all the way around!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment. Such thought and love was put into it. Nicolette was a 5 star host all the way around from the cleanliness, the amenities and the location. Nicolette gave us wonderful recommendations for our anniversary dinner! Highly highly recommend staying here if you are in Siena! We had the most amazing time in Siena!

A castle tower!

The amount of space in this particular place was fantastic. There was so much room and it was such a nice, clean quiet beautifully appointed space. The bathroom was magnificent. I will definitely stay here again. The location was outstanding for Taxi as well private private private pick up at the door. Easily walkable to everything that the town of Siena has to offer Nicoletta also left us a nice bottle of wine and I don’t mean just wine. It was fantastic.

Perfect location and wonderful experience

This property gave us insight into a different time in history. It was the perfect combination of old and new. The location was central to everything. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. She reached out the day before our arrival, which made our check-in easy. Our host welcomed us with a bottle of wine. This gesture of generosity added to the memorable experience.

Wonderful property (fully modernized in an old building) in fantastic location walkable to all major attractions and to dozens of restaurants all within 10 minutes. Property description totally accurate or even better in real life. Communications excellent and responsive. Parking is easy in the Stadio Parking lot (gated so I felt our vehicle was safe) - 5 mins walk but up 25 steps and costs Euro 20 per 24 hours. The apartment building does have an elevator but not to the first floor where the apartment is located - there are 25 or so stairs to get there but they are shallow and wide and easy to climb. Taxis are permitted in the old city and can drop you off at the front door. Due to the hills and steps I would not recommend to people with mobility issues. We loved this place and if back in Siena, this is the only place we would want to stay - it is that good.

Beautiful condo close to everything in Siena.

The place was recently renovated, so it has very modern facilities, but the owner has kept elements from its history in every room, including exposed brick and painted ceilings. It is very tastefully done. It is just within the no driving zone but close enough to parking that it is not a hard exercise to bring your suitcases to the unit. However, be aware that some Sundays one parking lot at least is used for a market and your car will be towed. Check with the manager if planning on staying over a Sunday morning. If we return to Siena we would try and stay here again.

Luxurious, modern, comfortable, clean apartment with all the amenities you need; great location

We stayed in this apartment at the end of April 2023. It was an oasis. It is a large, modern, luxurious apartment with all the comforts of home - a washer/dryer, a full kitchen with everything you need, and a large shower. The master bed is very comfortable, and the host was kind enough to set up a second bed for us in the living room. The apartment was very clean. We only stayed 2 nights, but we could have been comfortable here for a week. The hostess was friendly and easy to deal with. She met us at the apartment and sorted out all our details, then gave us restaurant recommendations (do try Salefino). Highly recommend this apartment (and highly recommend Siena generally).

Wonderful Place to Stay

The property is exactly as pictured. The apartment very large by European standards and quite elegant. We stayed in this apartment for 2 months and, while we added a few things to the kitchen because we like to cook, it has everything one needs for a short or long stay. While the building has an elevator, it does not serve the floor where the apartment is located. The apartment is reached with 27 steps. It is conveniently located close to the central bus station and a short cab ride from the train station. It is in easy walking distance to all of historic Siena. The property manager was always accessible and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property.

Elegant oasis

My husband and I agree with what other reviews have said about this place being even nicer that the posted photos portray. It was elegant and comfortable, and a cool oasis during the very hot, crowded week of the August Palio. Big fridge, easy to use washing machine, A/C, big central window, very comfortable bed and big bathroom with great shower. Also Nicoletta was friendly and communicative. And the location was fantastic - less than 10 min from Il Campo and tons of shopping, coffee bars and restaurants right there. (Be sure to turn left out of the building to fully explore the area). We lived like Siena residents during our eight nights there. Finally, we parked our rental car at the train station (2 euros a night; 20 minute walk), and we went back to the car three times during our stay for day trips to Montalcino, Montepulciano and a beach near Follonica. All very easy and a wonderful vacation!

Great location and beautiful property
