Cette fabuleuse maison dispose de 4 chambres 2 salles de bains au rez-de-chaussée avec 2 rois et 4 lits jumeaux XL, le rez-de-chaussée a 1 chambre 1 salle de bain avec 1 lit double. Chaque chambre a un ventilateur de plafond ainsi que tous les porches. Il y a 6 TVHD, lecteur DVD et lecteur CD. Profitez d'une boisson glacée au bar Tiki au bord de la piscine ou détendez-vous dans le hamac et profitez du soleil! Cette maison ne se loue qu'à la SEMAINE pendant les mois d'été. CETTE PROPRIÉTÉ NE VIENT PAS AVEC SON EST ENCOURAGÉ À LOUER UN GRIL DE LOCATION D'ÉQUIPEMENT DE VACANCES.

It was a great stay. The only complaint was the pool lounge chairs are all broken. Could be replaced

Everything was great except the grill was unusable, very dirty, and not functional. Definitely need to invest in a new grill.

They enjoyed the pool and the distance to the beach. Great layout for two couples and 4 single friends to enjoy. I would highly recommend renting this home to anyone!

We enjoyed the easy beach access, and loved hanging by the pool. Ping pong was great on a rainy day, and the bar by the pool was very convenient. Fun in the Sun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the property the week of May 28-June 4 and had a fabulous time! The location is awesome! Across the street from the beach. The outdoor area is awesome! Spent so much time in the pool. Took awhile for us to find the washer/dryer. It is located in a room by the driveway and was also filled with pool floats and chairs. The inside of the house is fine. Shows some wear and tear and the drinkware in the kitchen should be updated. Only one of the bedrooms had a useable closet, but in the other bedrooms, hooks on the walls we all over. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Went to the beach bar at the nearby Litchfield Inn. We were all adults but the house would work for kids too. Overall, outstanding vacation!

Better the first time

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this property 3 years in a row. The first year it was immaculate and the price was reasonable. The second year the price went up significantly and property was not as well maintained-the pool was missing a large amount of tile, waterfall didn’t work and the porch ceiling leaked when it rained. This year the price when up significantly again-porch roof leak which I reported with pictures of it leaking-is still there, access to the roof deck has been boarded over to prevent access as it is falling apart (and we were there during a meteor shower, how disappointing), bathroom had obviously had a water leak around the toilet at some point and baseboards remained with brown water damage, and the back up air conditioning drain over the kitchen window poured out water all week. We are staying elsewhere next year.

Great Location

The property was perfectly described. It had an old school South Carolina feel which we really liked. The back yard was perfection. The pool was great and there were so many chairs and loungers. We loved the front porch, back deck, and the pool deck. Plenty of outdoor space for everyone. We never even sat in the living room! The beach is so close. We were a bit confused and had anticipated a busy street between us and the beach. What we found was a quiet residential area so that was nice! We have stayed in houses ON the beach and been further away from sand than we were here. We tend to cook all our meals. There is a Food Lion grocery store just a few minutes away. The beach shop up the road was stocked with souvenir items and was reasonably priced. The taco truck in the adjoining parking lot was a lunch time hit with our teens. A few in our party ventured to Charleston for a day trip, a few others enjoyed golf at Founders. We rented four bikes for the week and had a blast exploring nearby. If you like to eat out, there are a ton of unique dining options on 17. The rental company was fantastic. Easy check in and check out. We reported a door knob issue so they could fix it for the next renters but they sent someone out right away. A severe storm hit our second night. The management team stopped in to assess damage and make sure we were ok. Overall this place was perfect for a multigenerational vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great vacation and enjoyed the house! The location was fantastic and the pool area was the best part of the house. However, the cleanliness of the house when we arrived was an issue. The bedrooms in the house were clean, however the dining table area had a lot of crumbs and food still on the chairs and under the table. The floor in the downstairs bedroom off of the pool was completely disgusting. Clearly there had been no effort to clean those floors as they were covered in sand and dirt. The cleanliness of the house certainly needs to be improved. Also, the highchair provided by the house is an antique-looking wooden highchair which is rusted and does not look safe or clean to use to feed a baby. Since we had a baby with us we contacted the rental office and they brought over a newer highchair immediately which was greatly appreciated! The pool was a great addition to our vacation and was used every day. Aside from the cleanliness issues we really enjoyed the amenities and location of the house.

Great Location and Outdoor Spaces

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the location and size of this house. For a family vacation, we had a lot of different personalities staying here. The house has a variety of places to hang out and spread out. We were disappointed that the rooftop was not accessible, as advertised... We feel this should have disclosed to us ahead of time. We also had a few minor issues with the plumbing (maintenance came and fixed), and the pool. The pool company came twice during our stay, both times were unexpected. While we know that this is necessary and we ultimately appreciate it, we also would have liked a notice that they were coming. Lastly, there is hardly any storage in the rooms. There is only one accessible clothes closet in the whole house. The room with balcony access didn't even have a dresser... just two bedside tables. If dressers/furniture don't work, more hooks in the rooms could help. We look forward to staying in this house again. We just hope to be able to use the whole house, such as the roof, and store/hang our clothes.

"Mostly" great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are so many great things about this property - the pool, location, updates, etc. But the biggest negatives for us were the ancient washer and dryer and the fact that you can't lower the AC below 70. The spin cycle on the washer does not work and clothes come out sopping wet no matter how many times you run the spin cycle. You have to ring every piece out by hand before putting the load into the dryer. And then if you are not careful, the dryer will about cook your go easy on the dry time you set it for. And with a week of (gorgeous) sunny weather and temps in the 80s, the house never seemed cool because of the AC's 70-degree lock. It was especially uncomfortable at night trying to sleep. Even if you could lower it to 68 - that would be a huge improvement. The house rent is double what it used to be when it was called Cottage in the Palms - and for that kind of money, you should AT LEAST be able to wash and dry your clothes properly. As great as the house is, we probably wouldn't stay there again because of the washer and the AC.
