Apartment Villa Antony with a heated pool is situated in the peaceful village of Gata in the natural, mountain environment and can accommodate 6+4 people.
2 mountain bikes are provided exclusively for your use, free of charge.
The facility in our offer has one unit with 3 bedrooms and two kitchens each with living room with sofa beds, balcony, (these are two apartments offered only as one big unit all exclusively for you) and this is the best choice for two families or group of friends that book together.
Apartment Antony is well equipped and located on the upper first floor and offers Apartment No.2 (4+2 person) that has two bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 king-size bed, and another with 2 single beds), a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, a family bathroom. Apartment No.1 (2+2 person) has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed and kitchen, and a family bathroom. The apartments have two balconies and a terrace.
Outdoor offers a private heated pool exclusively for your use, a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue and table tennis, sun deck area with deck chairs, a playground for kids suitable for football and badminton next to the pool together with bocci-ball field and a fitness room all exclusively for your use.
The owner (a lovely couple) lives in the house on the upper ground floor with a separated entrance so their living area and overview are on the opposite side of the pool so you have your absolute privacy. They also offer homemade honey products.

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables . Le cadre de Gâta est très beau. Nous avions loué les 2 appartements calmes et bien équipés . L'accueil était très chaleureux ! Très bons souvenirs

Merveilleux séjour à la Villa Antoni

Nous étions 2 familles avec 3 enfants chacune et nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable. Les propriétaires Jure et Maria sont adorables, ils nous ont très bien accueilli avec des petites attentions quotidiennes, très prévenants et très discrets. Ils sont à l'écoute de nos besoins et veulent vraiment faire plaisir : le potager à disposition nous a régalé, le jambon, le vin et le miel également. Malgré la barrière de la langue, nous avons pu facilement communiquer avec le traducteur sur le portable de Maria, et Maria prend actuellement des cours de Français et d'Anglais; ce sera plus facile bientôt pour les vacanciers. Les 2 appartements sont parfaits pour 2 familles et bien équipés.... de toute façon s'il manque quelque chose il suffit de demander. Le point fort reste le jardin avec la piscine.... tout est très bien entretenu. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et la terrasse. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Nous étions très proches d'Omis et de ses activités mais nous avons apprécié le calme de Gata. Omis est très joli et ne manque pas d'intérêt. Pour la plage vaut mieux chercher de petites criques en direction du sud. Nous recommandons cette location et cette région pour les amoureux de la nature. Merci encore à Maria et Jure.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren 14 Tage dort, mit unseren Söhnen (8 und 5) und meinen Eltern. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vor allem der große Pool war für unsere Kinder ein Highlight. Gekocht und gegessen haben wir fast ausschließlich in draußen. Dank der Outdoorküche mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschbecken und Grill war alles da was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist nicht neu, teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - das war für uns aber vollkommen okay. Die zwei Wohnungen sind auf einer Ebene und voneinander getrennt. Was wichtig wäre zu erwähnen, dass lediglich die Wohnräume klimatisiert sind, nicht die Schlafräume. Die beiden Gastgeber sind ein wirklich herzliches und freundlichen Paar. Sie waren immer sehr hilfsbereit, wahrten aber dennoch unsere Privatsphäre. Wir durften ihre Bienen besuchen und schauen, wo ihr Honig gemacht wird. Auch das selbst angebaute Gemüse durften wir essen. Der kleine Ort Gata liegt ca. 10 Minuten von Omis entfernt. Omis ist einfach nur traumhaft! In Gata solltet ihr unbedingt das Restaurant Berito besuchen - man fährt mi dem Auto direkt dran vorbei, wenn man nach Omis fährt. An der Unterkunft haben wir nichts zu bemängelt, sogar die Betten war sehr bequem. Lediglich eine Sache hat uns gestört - das Hundebellen in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Teilweise war es wirklich anstrengend, vor allem nachts oder in den frühen Morgenstunden. Aber dafür können die Vermieter ja nichts. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit dort!

We have to say it was the most enjoyable holiday.The hosts couldn’t do enough for us, we arrived and we had homemade wine,fresh baked bread,and the local ham,they even gave us some honey from their bee hives,took us to the local supermarket so we could stock up and even baked the local dish which was amazing and I now make at home myself. The 2 apartments were spotlessly clean and had plenty of fresh towels. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained again with plenty of towels.My granddaughter loved the pool and it was the perfect temperature for us all. We home to return September but if not definitely next year. Overall everything was perfect including the lovely hosts Karen Mark Dion Lauren and baby Willow xxx

Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir (2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern) waren Ende August/ Anfang September im Ferienhaus „Villa Antoni“ und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Vermieter wohnen unten und oben befinden sich die direkt aneinander angrenzenden Ferienwohnungen. Zu fünft hatten wir in diesen viel Platz. Wir haben uns aufgrund des hervorragenden Wetters vorwiegend draussen aufgehalten. Dort gibt es eine große überdachte Terrasse mit großem Tisch und einem riesigen Grill und es befinden sich dort sogar ein Extra- Kühlschrank und ein Herd mit Ofen sowie ein Waschbecken, so dass man theoretisch sogar draußen kochen kann. Vor dem Pool im nicht überdachten Bereich gibt es noch einen schönen Tisch + diverse Sonnenliegen. Zudem gibt es direkt am Pool eine Extra- Toilette und nebenan noch den Fitness- Raum mit einem kompletten Extra- Bad. Der große Garten mit diversen Spielmöglichkeiten war auch toll. Super fanden wir auch, dass zur Ferienwohnung ein extra Gemüsebeet gehört mit Tomaten, Gurken, Paprika etc. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig fast am Ende des Dorfes, man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und kann zu Fuß einen kleinen Supermarkt erreichen, in dem man das Nötigste und morgens auch Baquette/ Brot einkaufen kann. Zudem kommt gegen 10:00 Uhr ein Auto vorbei, an dem man ebenfalls Milch, Brot etc. kaufen kann. Wir haben mit dem Auto nach Omiš circa 10-12 Minuten gebraucht (Parkplatzsuche nicht mit einberechnet). Die Vermieter sind superlieb und haben uns/ die Kinder immer mal wieder mit Aufmerksamkeiten wie Eis, Kuchen überrascht. An einem Abend haben sie sogar ein komplettes kroatisches Menü für uns gekocht. Das war wirklich toll! Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen! 🏖💚🌞💙👍🏻💛🌴🧡

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene + 5 Kinder) waren im Juli 2018 für 2 Wochen in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft. Kurz zusammengefasst: Schöner Pool (ständig in Benutzung durch die Kinder) , schöner Garten - perfekt vor allem mit Gemüse aus eigenen Anbau, das wir jederzeit essen durften! und supernette Vermieter mit Verwöhngarantie in jeder Hinsicht. viele liebe Grüße von Janet

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für zwei befreundete Famil

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Hausbesitzer standen uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und waren sehr gastfreundlich. Das kleine Dorf Gata ist schön ruhig und perfekt um sich vom Alltagsstress zu erholen. Für die Kinder und auch Erwachsene ist der immer saubere Pool perfekt zum abkühlen und auch das Meer ist mit dem Auto innerhalb 20minuten gut zu erreichen. Man kann verschieden Buchten anfahren und hat so eine schöne Abwechslung. Split ist in 40 Minuten zu erreichen und ein Ausflug auf jeden Fall wert.

Tolle Unterkunft in fantastischer ruhiger Umgebung

Haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt-in welcher Beziehung auch immer :-) -sei es die überaus netten und aufmerksamen Vermieter,die uns schon gleich so nett mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten empfingen, stets da waren wenn wir Fragen hatten und doch sonst Privatsphäre gewährt haben -die Überraschung mit Torte und Blumen für unsre Tochter,die in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes ihren Geburtstag hatte<3 - die geräumige Wohnung,wo wir als Familie mit 6 erwachsenen Personen ausreichend Platz hatten uns "auszubreiten" -Wohnung ausgestattet mit allem was gebraucht wird (inkl. Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine usw.) -4 Balkone,superschöne Ausblicke auf die Berge und Umgebung -die tolle Außenanlage,mit überdachtem Grillplatz,Pool,Wiese....sogar Toilette ist draußen,super praktisch -"Sportraum-mit angrenzender Dusche und Toilette -nur 10 Minuten fahrt in den gemütlichen Ort Omis und zu den Stränden -Gata ist ein sehr ruhiges Dörfchen jedoch nicht weit zu vielen attraktiven Freizeitausflügen wie Ziplining (sehr zu empfehlen ;-),Rafting auf dem Fluss Cetina,Jetski usw. Alles in allem ein voll gelungener Urlaub und wir bedanken uns auf diesem Weg nocheinmal recht herzlich bei Marija und Jure <3

Superschön und ruhige Lage – da fehlte rein gar nichts für 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder

Von Anfang an waren wir herzlich willkommen und und auch die Zimmeraufteilung war gut für unsere beiden Familien (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder). Die Lage des Hauses in dem kleinen Dorf Gata war für unseren Geschmack perfekt. Etwa 10–15 Minuten entfernt von Omis. Zu den ersten schönen Stränden und Buchten brauchten wir mit dem Auto auch nicht mehr als 20 Minuten. Im Ort selbst kam jeden Morgen ein Bäcker im Lieferwagen vorbei und auch der Supermarkt im Ort (ca. 5 min. entfernt) hatte alles im Angebot, was wir so benötigten. Die Vermieter wohnten in der unteren Etage des Hauses und haben uns herzlichst empfangen (z.B. Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank …) und uns sofort über alle Dinge aufgeklärt, die man rund ums Haus machen kann (Grillen, Grillholz, Gemüsegarten, Pool-Licht, Federball spielen, etc. …). Die Balkone der Wohnung sind so aufgeteilt, dass man sogar bis spät Abends den Sonnenuntergang (hinter großen Eichenbäumen) genießen kann. Auf dem anderen Balkon bietet die Aussicht einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Dorf und die Berge. Toll war, dass der Grill direkt am Pool war und wir uns einige Abende mit einer Pool Session und anschließendem Grillen austoben konnten. Den kleinsten Kids haben wir auch eine Pool Party versprochen, was dank mitgebrachter Musik-Box und dem Pool-Licht (sehr cool mit unterschiedlichen Farben) ein riesiger Spaß war. Die Vermieter haben uns jeden zweiten Tag mit reichlich frischem Obst aus dem Hauseigenen Garten versorgt und uns ans Herz gelegt uns doch auch selbst aus dem leckeren Anbau von Kräutern und Co. zu bedienen. Da wir mit zwei Familien immer selbst für alle gekocht haben, nutzen wir nur eine der beiden Küchen für’s Kochen. Die Wohnungsaufteilung haben wir so gemacht, dass in der einen Wohnung alle Kinder untergebracht waren (3 Jugendliche in ein Zimmer, zwei kleine Kids auf das Schlafsofa im Aufenthaltsraum/Küche), in der anderen Wohnung haben die 4 Erwachsenen geschlafen, je zwei Erwachsene in einem Zimmer. Das ganze hat für uns ganz gut funktioniert, da sich sowohl Erwachsene als auch Kinder sehr gut kennen (Cousinen und Cousins). Gekocht und gegessen wurde immer nur in der Küche/Wohnung der Erwachsenen. Generell sind die beiden Wohnung so miteinander verbunden, dass es eigentlich fast „eine“ Wohnung sein könnte. Das Haus ist sehr schön groß und Super ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlen uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die Eigentümer haben uns den Pool, Grill und auch den Gemüsegarten zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Fragen konnten wir immer auf sie zugehen.

Lovely, spacious, immaculately clean apartment in beautiful surroundings

We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Antoni. Everything is as good, if not better than it looks in the photos! The villa is spacious and immaculately clean, with lovely views from the balconies, in a very quiet area. Our 2 teenage girls loved the pool and all the outdoor activities that are available around Gata/Omis (only 10min drive). Gata is a lovely, rural village which has a small supermarket and 'Konoba' (pub/restaurant) which was a 10 min walk, with good local food (incl lovely pizza). The owners of the villa, Marija and Jure live on the ground floor and are exceptionally nice. They had noticed on my passport that it was my birthday while we were there, and Marija cooked us a meal of a local speciality and served it beside the pool!! When we arrived, they had bread, juice, lovely homemade red wine, homemade cured ham, watermelon and their own honey (Jure is the local beekeeper). They also have a vegetable garden solely for the use of the apartment. We would not hesitate to book again if we return to the same area - it really was the perfect destination for a great family holiday.

Wir haben von 01.07-15.07 2017 wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Antonia verbracht . Wir 6 Erwachsene und zwei Jugendliche , von der erste Minute waren von dem Dorf Gata fasziniert . Wunderschöne Umgebung , Berge , die Ruhe alles hat gepasst . Das Haus ist neu , sehr sauber , man hat alles was man braucht. Jeden Tag hatten wir ausreireichend Gemüse aus dem kleinen Garten zu Verfügung . Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß in dem Pool gehabt , besonders abends mit der schönen Beleuchtung . Die Besitzer Marija und Jure sind sehr nett , freundlich , hilfsbereit . Die Villa Antonia ist nur zu empfehlen !!!

Ruhiges und sauberes Apartment

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem neuen Haus, oberhalb von Omis in Gata, sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Die beiden Vermieter Marija und Jure sind sehr nett und haben uns zur Begrüßung mit verschiedenen Leckereien aus der Gegend empfangen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Atemberaubend schön. Man kann es nur weiterempfählen

Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist in der Realität noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Unsere Vorstellung von einem erholsamen Urlaub in Kroatien wurde mit der wunderschönen Villa Antoni bis aufs kleinste Detail erfüllt. Die Lage ist perfekt, da es abseits vom Massentourismus liegt. Trotzdem war man mit Auto in 3 Minuten am nächsten Supermarkt und zum Strand und Stadt Omis waren es mit dem Auto nur 10-15 Minuten (7 km). Das Haus ist wunderschön. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es stimmt hier alles , Sauberkeit, wunderschöne Einrichtung (alles wie noch nie benutzt), die Aussicht in die Berge und die ruhige Lage aber dennoch alles in kürze erreichbar. Besonders der Swimmingpool war eine riesen Unterhaltung für uns und die Kinder. Nach dem wir uns am Sandstränden und Meer von Omis ausgetobt haben oder nach unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten am Fluss Cetina ( Rafting, Boot fahren, Zipline, Wandern) war es wie am Abend nachhause zu kommen und am Pool zu Grillen oder einfach Wein trinken zu genießen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Die unterschiedliche Poolfarben die wir durch LED-Lichter verändern konnten hat uns auch riesen Spaß gemacht bei nächtlichen Badespaß oder FotoShooting. Der hauseigene Garten war für uns ein weiteres Erlebnis. Wir durften uns jeden Tag an dem frischen Gemüse bedienen (solange der Vorrat reichte). Wir wurden von den Vermieter super Empfangen. Bei der Anreise warteten auf uns gekühlte Getränke, kroatischer Schinken, Brot, Früchte und aus eigener Herstellung Wein und Honig. Wir haben vom Vermieter auch einen Parkausweis bekommen, sodass wir kostenlos an einem Stadtparkplatz am schönen Strand in Omis parken konnten. Marija und Jure sind die nettesten Menschen und fürsorglichsten Vermieter die wir in Kroatien je kennengelernt haben. (und wir fahren mindestens seit über 10 Jahren nach Kroatien). Die geben einem das Gefühl, dass das wunderschöne Haus uns alleine gehört. Wir haben sie kaum gehört und dennoch waren wir mit allem versorgt. Sind jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich sofort um die Anliegen gekümmert! Überdurchschnittliche Betreuung, von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise waren Sie immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Wir haben uns 4 Erwachsene und 3 Jugendliche sehr wohl und toll betreut gefühlt. Wir würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen und auch gerne Freunden dieses wunderschöne Haus weiterempfählen.

Great holiday at Villa Antoni - would recommend

We had a lovely stay at Villa Antoni and want to thank Jure and Marija for their excellent hospitality. We were a family of five and the two apartments were very clean, spacious and well equipped. The outside area was spotless and well maintained but it was Jure , Marija and their family that made the stay for us. On arrival we had wine, honey, cold meats and fruit and then throughout our stay we not only had access to a vegetable plot just for us but we were offered lots of fresh fruit and vegetables grown in their garden which were delicious. Additionally we were invited as their guests to a local festival in the village with traditional singing and dancing and afterwards to share a meal of food provided by the villagers. We had a wonderful night. We thank them for helping us have a fabulous holiday and would recommend this property. It's a great location away from the busier resort of Omis but only ten minutes away by car. There is a local restaurant serving delicious pizzas in the village as well as a shop within walking distance and a daily van stopping outside the house with fresh bread, pastries and milk. The property is close to Split and Trogir and the beautiful coastline as well. We also recommend rafting along the stunning river Cetina for a great family fun day out. We loved Croatia and would like to return.

Nice property deserves to do well

We stayed here in July 2016 (family of 4 with grown up children and another couple). We were surprised and a little concerned that there was no reviews from previous guests. There was no need to be concerned. The villa is very private even though the owners live downstairs. They are very considerate hosts. Jure cleans and manages the garden and pool while Marija is the main contact during the stay and we communicated mainly through Google translate on her smart phone. The hot water failed one day and she got it fixed the same day. Jure is the local bee keeper and they provided us with some bread, honey, home cured ham and local wine on our arrival. We could also select from a small vegetable plot. These are benefits of the countryside location. The two apartments were clean and comfortable. They can be locked separately or locked as a combined unit through their common door. The apartment with one bedroom is slightly more roomy and has the better laid out kitchen and balcony. The apartment with two bedrooms is also nice. We liked the fact that it had some windows with insect mesh so they could be left open without letting insects in. Each apartment had a single aircon unit in the kitchen dining area. The kitchens were adequately equipped and we could cook meals for the six of us. There is a kettle and filter coffee machine but no tea pot or toaster. A van delivers bread and pastries between 9.15 and 10.00 daily, you have to listen out for his horn or enjoy a coffee on the balcony while you wait for him. You should be aware that Gata is in the country above Omis and restaurants and beaches are a 10 minute car journey away and parking in Omis is a bit hit and miss. We were bitten a couple of times by a horse fly by the pool there are always a few bees flying to and fro which makes spotting the horse fly harder. This made us a bit jittery but we still enjoyed it for swimming. The badminton rackets and shuttlecocks were also a bit worse for wear making playing with them impractical. The only other downside is that the local dogs do bark much of the night so it's worth bringing ear plugs or sleeping with the windows shut and the aircon at full blast. Despite these minor gripes we felt lucky to find such a well positioned and well equipped villa at a fair price and would have no hesitation at recommending it to others or visiting again.

Ein Traum aus Ruhe, Sonne und Erholung!!

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub dort verbracht! Die Apartments sind modern ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Alles ist super sauber. Wir waren mit 6 Leuten dort und haben beide Apartments gebucht. Der Garten und die Terasse mit Pool sind in einem super Zustand. Man hat den kompletten Bereich für sich und kann so in aller Ruhe entspannen. Die beiden Vermieter sind super lieb und versuchen einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die beiden sprechen hauptsächlich nur kroatisch, aber man hat sich auch so gut verständigen können.
