Hi David Thank you for your feedback. We attended the cottage twice during your stay regarding the reported power issue and on both occasions were unable to find any fault or cause the system to trip. The electrical system in this cottage has not presented any issues before or since your visit, and the property has been fully occupied continuously without incident. All electrical appliances are PAT tested annually and the property holds a current EICR certificate. As an additional precaution following your stay, we instructed a qualified electrician to carry out a full inspection, and no faults were identified. Based on these findings, the only possible explanation suggested was that a personal appliance brought to the property may have caused the tripping. Regarding the fire service attendance at a neighbouring property, this related to a small electrical incident involving an extension lead in a separate neighbouring property, which was quickly contained and did not affect the safety or electrical system of your cottage. We are pleased you found our cottage and hot tub enjoyable. Juliet Cottage remains one of our most popular properties, with many returning guests each year.

Thank you Elaine for staying, so nice to hear you had a wonderful break at our Juliet Cottage with hot tub. The cottage is really relaxing and a great base for a break away. The hot tub is a real bonus large spacious, bubbly and warm perfect to sit in and let the time wonder away. Stratford upon Avon is only a short drive away with the beautiful town and river, historic sites plus bars, restaurants , tea rooms makes it perfect for a day out. Thank you so much for your very kind review yes Juliet is a wonderful cottage and many guests love to come back again and again. The hot tub is a real bonus taking in the lovely sunsets in front of the cottage and the local area of Stratford upon Avon is very quaint, Such a nice location for a couple of days away.
