The property at Country manor is beautiful. We stayed 3 nights during our spring break in the upper threshold suite. Room was large with a great view of the property. Not completely private but still worth the stay.
Best friend and I stayed recently. The hosts were very accommodating and flexible with great communication. I did not realize that this was actually a primary bedroom and secondary bedroom but it worked well. The tub was great and the balcony was perfect for setting up a puzzle while making the best of gray days. Kitchen helped cut costs and make leftovers worthwhile. My friend loved the horses, goats, donkey, cat and dog on the lower portion of the property. Even with other guests, it was quiet and we rarely if ever heard others.Proximity to good parts of the park is excellent. Thereâs adequate nearby dining, a small grocery, and good ice cream & chocolate shops.
The location was amazing! I think the listing wasnât clear that one of the bedrooms was totally separated from the other and the bathroom. Having to go out into the hall and through 3 doors in the middle of the night was a bit challenging but still a great place to stay.
CMA is a beautiul place to stay. The check in process was super easy. The view from the house is beautiful. Loved looking out and seeing the horses grazing on the hill. We will be looking to stay here on our next visit.
Enjoyed the location, very quiet and peaceful. May not recommend it to someone who doesnât enjoy being in the country. The road into and out was pretty rough. Being a country girl wasnât too rough for me.
If you're looking for a very quiet place within a few miles of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this is it. Two bedrooms, a small kitchen, a large bathroom, with a shower & jacuzzi tub, strong wifi, etc. It's everything you want and the views from the master bedroom and porch are just stunning. A+++
The property is under advertised I was much nicer than I expected. A great place to stage if you want to stay out or the Gatlinburg chaos and like the Townsend And wears valley aera.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Weâll be returning at the end of this year. Couldnât ask for a more beautiful setting and kind hostess! Thank you!!!!!
The location was near where we wanted to stay. Good proximity to Smokey Mountain National Park. Room was as advertised and appropriately priced. There was an issue with the temperature control with cold air blasting leaving us very cold- AC system could be evaluated to add a return air in the upstairs. Nice vistas.
Check in was great. Stay was perfect. The last night we froze, as if someone turned the heat off (we did not have access to thermostat). Nice mountainous drive to Gatlinburg. Perfect for sightseeing. Would recommend or stay again in future.
We actually did not spend much time at your house - only to sleep and shower. We did, however, enjoy sitting on the balcony in the mornings viewing and listening to nature. One critique: the fitted sheet on the bed was too small and kept coming off on the corners throughout the night. Nice property! Thank you.
Incredible view, nice spot. The suite with 2 beds is a bit more like a nice bedroom suite, which also includes bedroom down the hall included. Not a true âBed and Breakfast â, but a âBed with Breakfast making equipment. There was coffee and creamer though. Deck outside bedroom is perfect for morning coffees and watching the wildlife . So glad we didnât go to Gatlinburg area to stay. Right up our alley and our friends own horses and appreciation of rescues. Need to spend more time on property.Would go again.
