This cottage is even nicer than pictured! Recent upgrades (new windows, front porch and exterior shingles) all tastefully preserve the integrity of this historic property. Comfortable beds, kitchen with anything/everything you could need on vacation, and the best porch on all of Cape Cod! The hosts are super quick to respond to the smallest of questions.

Very nice cabin. Rustic and charming, clean and comfortable. The view of the bay from one end to the other was great. We were fortunate to only stay inside one day, which we spent reading and playing board games and listening to the rain on the roof of the porch. Many sunny days and clear nights, giving us not only much needed time at the beach but memorable sunsets, moon rises, and even clear nights dark enough to see the Milky Way. Pretty nice for a couple of townies used to the lights obscuring much of the night sky. Being a bit older made it too difficult to use the stairs to the private beach (I counted well over one hundred) so we drove with our stuff to the public beach at the end of the road (beach is free after Labor Day). All told, it was a good week.

We are also happy to hear that you enjoyed our sunsets which can be quite spectacular from the cottage's deck. And yes, star gazing can be quite nice as well. When we are there, we bring a telescope to look at the night sky. We are sorry to see that you took a star off due to our dune stairs that are described and pictured in our listing. We understand that the ascent may not be for everyone...but the return is the views that you enjoyed. Quintessential historic Cape cottage with terrific bay and sunset views and convenient stair access to a private beach. Lovingly cared for and immaculate inside. We are repeat renters and highly recommend.

Cute, cozy cottage

Our family of five had a great time in this cute cottage. The location was great -- beautiful spot on the beach. We wish we could have spent more time here and definitely would recommend it.

Wonderful location, comfortable and tasteful accommodations!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our baby and 4 year old. The location overlooking the bay side on the Cape is amazing and the private beach below (down a long staircase) is gorgeous! The house is very comfy and the home is really lovely and very nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Spectacular Location

Love the quaint rustic cottage, the decks, and the panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay. The private beach is a climb but really sweet. Small but very well-equipped kitchen. Walls and doors are old and thin so not much privacy for two couples but that was offset by the location, view, ocean breeze.

Beautiful location, charming cottage! We loved our time here.

I highly recommend this property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, even though we encountered much colder weather than we anticipated. The cottage was equipped with every cooking aid needed - quite unexpectedly. It was quiet, peaceful, and a wonderful break from the grind. We left refreshed.

Week at Corn Hill

The cottage is what I would call the quintessential vintage Cape Cod, with modern conveniences, beautiful views, great beach and friendly neighbors. The only challenge is the stairs.

Great location and beautiful cottage

This is a beautiful cottage in an incredible location. When I was growing up, my family would spend a few weeks on the Cape every summer in Wellfleet or Truro. This is definitely one of the best locations I’ve seen. The views are amazing and the sunsets every night are an event of their own. The cottage itself is well maintained, obviously loved, and has a nice sort of Herman Melville aesthetic. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Lovely week. Ever changing colors and view through sunny and stormy weather.

Comfortable and well appointed cottage. We had a dinner party for 8 and there was room for all. Very well equipped kitchen from coffee cups and dinnerware to wine glasses and serving dishes. It felt more like staying at the home of a neat and tidy friend than a beach rental. Beach vacation at its best.

Clean, quaint, quintessential New England Cottage

Beautiful setting, cottage is well-equipped and clean as a whistle! Our weather for the weekend was not ideal, however, we had a wonderful time,. We are all talking about going back for a full week! The beach is beautiful and the view from the cottage is remarkable! The property owners Brice & Michelle were wonderful to deal with as well. We highly recommend Corn Hill Cottage #8!

A true slice of heaven

This was our second year staying at Brice & Michelle's gorgeous little beach cottage and it has well and truly stolen all our hearts. It is such a special place; the views, the air, the community, the beach, and of course the cottage itself... complete perfection in it's quirky, rustic beauty. Perfect!

This place is magical. We returned a second time and hope to return again. The cottage itself is so quaint with a real homey feel to it. It's so well stocked with kitchen cookware and appliances you really won't want for anything. The beach view and access is breathtaking. Especially now, with COVID, the private beach and mask wearing (in public areas) felt really safe but not overbearing. This place is a fantastic getaway!

Historic Corn Hill

Just enjoyed a wonderful week at Corn Hill in this lovely historic cottage. If you are looking to unwind in a true Cape Cod setting, this is it. Amazing views, access to a private beach and located close to kayaking and hiking in the CCNS - you won’t run out of things to do. Cottage is wonderfully stocked and clean. We truly appreciated all the safety measures due to COVID-19 and were so happy to see EVERYONE wearing masks in town. Highly recommend.

Magical in every way!

This cottage has everything! First, it is one of the most beautiful places I have been to, inside and out; the cottage is immaculate, beautifully designed and decorated. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with everything you'll need. But the true magic here is the view and private beach. This was out first cape cod vacation but it will not be our last and we plan to return here again.

Picturesque Cape Cod

This historic cottage was wonderful. Kitchen has everything you could need and more (every type of glass for your beverages, champagne to beer to cocktails). The bathroom was updated and bright. The rustic feel of the wood floors and walls was cozy and inviting. We loved the evening breeze! The private beach on the bayside was perfect, we felt like we were the only ones there. Short drive to whatever you need but quiet and serene. Felt lucky we found this and hope to get back in the future, a gem.
