Not a 2 bedroom. 1 1/2 rooms. 1 Bedroom little kitchen with small pullout couch.

Tiny balcony. Picture is roof terrace. No shade. A couple of walkable places. Need a car. Had a great time in Polignano a Mar. Beautiful and fun.

I regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. It seems there may be some confusion with another property you’ve stayed at, as your description does not align with the apartment depicted in the photos. I am typically praised for the accuracy between the photographs and the actual space. Furthermore, during check-in and throughout your stay, I did not perceive any indication of discontent. The photos clearly depict a bedroom and a sofa bed, with a door separating the two areas. The apartment is fully equipped with standard-sized appliances, and the terrace is furnished, featuring a gazebo with a canopy providing ample shade.

Wonderful!

My daughter-in-law and I stayed here on our trip through Puglia We were greeted by a lovely young lady Emanuela She walked us through the apartment and everything we needed to know to make our stay easy and stress free. This place is perfect! Clean and very nicely decorated Short walking distance to the beach and the beautiful town of Polignano. I highly recommend staying here The only thing I would add for the guests is a couple of large beach towels because towels provided are bath towels 10/10!! Thank you Emanuela!

We loved staying at your apartment in Polignano al Mare! The place is wonderful, very clean, modern, and easily accessible. ​One quick note for future guests or the listing description: the website mentions the space accommodates three people, but it doesn't specify the room layout. We were a group of three, and the setup is one bedroom, while the third person sleeps on a sofa bed in the open-concept kitchen/living area. This wasn't a major issue for us, but it wasn't very clear from the photos online. Also, regarding the terrace area: looking at the website, it seems connected to the apartment, but you actually have to step outside the unit to access it. It’s a lovely space, but we ended up not using it just for practicality, as not being directly connected made it less convenient. However, since we spent most of our time out exploring the surrounding areas and Polignano al Mare itself, it didn't make much of a difference to us. ​The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could need. Everything was clean, organized, and the bedding was spotless. Everything is very modern and we have absolutely no complaints. We loved staying there, and if we ever return to Polignano al Mare, we would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location, apartment equipped with all needed facilities and private parking area available. Detailed and timely responses from the owner. The weather didn't allow us to exploit the terrace with it's view. Next time. All in all, we couldn't have asked for more.

The apartment internally was great, however it is situated within an ongoing building site which we were unaware of with a 100 foot crane above the terrace area. I use Expedia a lot and was disappointed this wasn’t made clear in the advertising of the property.

New Condo Great Location

This condo was amazing , spacious and had everything we needed for two people including laundry. It’s new and clean and has a patio off of the kitchen as well as a private roof top terrace. There is free parking in a covered garage which was so convenient for us. Since we were driving, we did not want to stay right downtown. The location here is just outside of the main area but very very walkable and much less crowded. There was some construction happening on Saturday early morning that woke us up but it wasn’t a huge deal. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and even waited for us until late at night when our trains kept getting delayed over and over again. Thank you for the fantastic stay, we only wish it was longer!

The perfect spot...

From the underground secured parking to the furnishings and decor, the property was wonderful. The host was most considerate and takes great pride in the experience. Location is just a short walk from the city center but provides a wonderful ocean-view from the private rooftop terrace. Highly recommended option for vacation spot!
